Trustworthy, Honest, and Excellent Service for Good Price Steve was really excellent and honest. He was very upfront about his quote/cost and it was consistent with what was advertised on his website. He charges a very reasonable price for his expetise. He is also just a trustworthy and nice person. When the initial fix that I paid for (HU reflash) didn't work (due to hardware issues on my end), he offered to try an alternative (coding a new HU) at no extra charge. This just proved to me that he is trustworthy and wasn't trying to trick me or take my money. He is just an honest guy who just wanted to help me fix my car and fulfill his end of the deal. Not to mention that he responded extremely timely and was able to fit me in quickly + was very flexible when plans changed. At the end of the day he is simply trustworthy, nice, and got the job done at a very reasonable price. What more can you ask for?!

Worth it! Purchased the NBT EVO ID5/ID6 Plug and Play Retrofit for my 2016 BMW X5M. It arrived timely and I was provided instructions to perform the hardware replacement. I did watch other you tube videos because the instructions were written and visuals are helpful. After my install, it was definitely plug and play. No additional coding was required and it worked right after turning on the vehicle. I've had it for two months now, and no glitches or errors to date. Steve was responsive to my inquiries pre and post purchase. I highly recommend purchasing this upgrade kit. It makes my 2016 much more up to date a touch screen, Apple play and being able to use other nav and music apps.

Factory Reseted retrofitted Head unit problem I learned that factory resetting a retrofitted head unit is not such a good idea. It deleted all my functions that i had (mainly navigation and voice control) and it rejected all my FSC codes. Luckily Steve was fast to help me. Easy to book a session and Steve got it fixed in 1 session! So happy to have everything working again and extremely grateful to your help! Highly recommended!
