From the very beginning, my matter was handled with professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Very disappointed. After being told my case was submitted and I should receive a call or email, several weeks went by with nothing. I decided to call to check in and was transferred to an attorney named Steve Gold. He had all the information wrong regarding my case and everytime I tried to explain he cut my sentence short to interject. I felt extremely discouraged and insulted that I wasn’t even deserving of more than a minute of his time. If I could have explained myself more maybe I would have gotten better advice. Instead I was told to just check and try elsewhere but they won’t take the case. I was in the process of asking something else and he ended the call without me even finishing my sentence. My call log shows he only gave me exactly 60 seconds of his time. It’s apparent unless your case is life or death or something that would get them millions of dollars, you mean nothing to them. I wish I could get them negative stars. Even if my case was worthy I would never give this law firm another second of my time. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Rude, dismissive, and absolutely useless. Do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time with The Cochran Firm. The people on the phone were nicer than the actually attorneys so please don’t let yourself get disrespected like I did.

Pure disgrace to the Cochran name. speaking to Daisie had my hopes up only to be let down. They turned down my case but never clearly stated why. They gave conflicting statements. They strung me along for weeks. Their system is terrible and their communication is horrible. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
