Installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My husband liked them too as they were also military vets. Installation was quick as possible as we got the quote on Friday and installation on Monday. They even offered a portable AC unit to tie us over until then but we had already borrowed one. Price was fair and competitive. Would recommend Coast to Coast. 8 mo. service call which was included with my installation. Tech was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So far so good. But it is a new Trane 5 tone unit (installed Aug. 22') should be ok anyway.

Exceptional service from start to finish! Mario and Pieter went above and beyond! Their professionalism, politeness, and dedication stood out—they even worked through lunch. We were so impressed we jokingly tried to recruit them for our Wisconsin business, but they wisely avoided the cold! It's refreshing to find such hardworking and conscientious people these days. He explained what their maintenance program entailed. He was able to answer ALL our questions in terms that we could understand. I had an outstanding experience with Pieter Verwey from Coast to Coast Heating and Air. He and his partner were professional, curious, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only was the quality of their work excellent, but Pieter took the extra time to walk me through exactly what was completed. He gave me a detailed breakdown of how my Mitsubishi Mini Split unit operates, which I really appreciated. couldn’t believe what a professional company you are, and coordinating a completely dust, free and clean environment after they were done. There was not a speck of dust in my garage, or my wife’s bedroom in the Lawn didn’t have a scrap of wire or a piece of paper on it truly commendable. Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning has been fantastic once again! Joel, the technician, came out for the second time to perform maintenance on our system and did an absolutely wonderful job. He was friendly, professional, and extremely thorough—explaining each step of the service as he went along so we could understand exactly what he was doing. Everything was done tidy and efficiently, and the system is running perfectly. It’s refreshing to have a technician who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the comfort of his customers. Pieter, Jared & Jacob did an excellent job on our Heat pump replacement. They were on time, brought a complete crew to do our entire system replacement in one day. They worked like a well oiled machine. Starting right off with demo and moving to install. They worked fast and efficiently. Their work site was so clean when they left you would not of know they were even here. They took the time to answer all my questions about maintenance and how to operate our new thermostat. Ryan did a great job evaluating our existing system and guiding us to making the best decision for our HVAC replacement. For several years we have had Coast to Coast do our yearly clean and checks on our system. This company does an excellent job, in service and install. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
