Anthony and Rudy came out today to install my new AC unit. They did an excellent job.They were very personable and answered all of my questions. I was extremely happy with their workmanship. They definitely take pride in their work.

Coast to Coast just completed HVAC inspection on my two units. JP Millan did the service, he took before and after pictures on the complete inspections of both units. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He explained completely each repair, condition of equipment and how to clean unit filters. Coast to Coast has a great mechanic in this gentleman and I for one look forward to having to my home again!

Installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My husband liked them too as they were also military vets. Installation was quick as possible as we got the quote on Friday and installation on Monday. They even offered a portable AC unit to tie us over until then but we had already borrowed one. Price was fair and competitive. Would recommend Coast to Coast.
8 mo. service call which was included with my installation. Tech was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. So far so good. But it is a new Trane 5 tone unit (installed Aug. 22') should be ok anyway.
Exceptional service from start to finish!
Mario and Pieter went above and beyond! Their professionalism, politeness, and dedication stood out—they even worked through lunch. We were so impressed we jokingly tried to recruit them for our Wisconsin business, but they wisely avoided the cold! It's refreshing to find such hardworking and conscientious people these days. You are very lucky to have them representing your business.
JP was my tech for today. He did an excellent, thorough job working on my ac unit. He's also knowledgeable, friendly and polite.

I called Coast to Coast this morning as a first time customer. Donna was able to arrange a preventative maintenance appointment for this afternoon. The technician, Blake, arrived on time. He explained what their maintenance program entailed. He was able to answer ALL our questions in terms that we could understand. This has been a good experience and we will use Coast to Coast for all our heating and air conditioning needs
I had an outstanding experience with Pieter Verwey from Coast to Coast Heating and Air. He and his partner were professional, curious, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Not only was the quality of their work excellent, but Pieter took the extra time to walk me through exactly what was completed. He gave me a detailed breakdown of how my Mitsubishi Mini Split unit operates, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a technician so dedicated to both the technical work and customer education. 5/5 stars—highly recommend!
