We are very disappointed at this review as it does not reflect the reality of what took place on this project
We attended site as agreed and commenced works immediately.
During the project the client requested additional works, extra areas and changes to the agreed specification.
Despite these changes we attempted to accommodate the clients requirements and continue the project professionally,
Unfortunately the agreed payment schedule was not being honoured
We were then informed no further payments would be made unless we continued under revised terms that had never formed part of our agreement
No contractor can be reasonably expected to continue works under those circumstances
Throughout our time on site, it was apparent that we were not the only contractor dealing with these difficulties, as also told multiple trades have not been paid.
We was then instructed to leave the site and immediately after received solicitors correspondence threatening legal action and substantial claims for unreasonable amounts
Given how quickly this followed together with the issues on site
We are left with the strong impression that this dispute was inevitable regardless of our efforts to complete the works
We completely reject the allegations that we simply left
We attended site with multiple engineers and machines
We had delivery’s organised and materials dropped on site
We carried out works and attempted to accommodate numerous changes
The circumstances of us leaving was out of our control and we was told to get off site.
As this matter is now subject to legal proceedings we will allow the facts to be determined through appropriate legal channels rather than through online reviews
We remain proud of our reputation

And the many satisfied customers we continue to serve.
