As always, Dr Willeford, Tawana and the entire staff is on top of everything. Dr Willeford is the only doctor and all his staff that are always punctual., efficient, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I always look forward to my appointments. I wouldn't be able to work if I wasn't blessed to be a regular patient. He is the only reason I am able to continue to keep working. Dr. Willeford and Tawana listen contently and truly care about their patients NEEDS concerns, and the true pain I/ we really have. Not like other providers example..rush you in and out and may nod their head and while you explain your symptoms. They take the time to answer my questions in detail. Dr Willeford will answer all questions and concerns and also show you a visual while he is explaining in laymen's terms!!!!! I just pray that he and Tawana never leave. They both are exceptional! I thank them both and all the front desk staff for the BEST of Brunswick County and beyond I appreciate Dr. Willeford, Tawana and all the staff more than they will ever know. The front desk staff are so friendly and on the ball. They waste no time contacting my insurance company for clearance for my procedures and they return my calls in a very timely manner.
