Coastal Air Technologies has been our service company for several years. They have installed new systems, made repairs and do our system service twice a year. They have always been super nice, arrive on time and make sure we understand everything. Whether it’s the service people who come to our home or the office staff, they are the best. New unit installed with challenges for these guys.
I had a technician come out and he was very professional and polite. I had to have my water source system replaced because of the age over 40 years. Devin and Anthony were the installers and did a great job. I am very pleased with Coastal Air with their quick response. Chip the salesman was very informative and follow-up with the job.

I had an amazing experience with CAT. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable and punctual. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC system and had it running perfectly again in no time. The technician explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options before doing any work.
The pricing was fair, the service was fast, and the quality of the work was top notch. It is rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers but CAT definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating or cooling services!

Coastal Air Technologies is the best air and heat repair and maintenance company we have seen. We called for a first time maintenance service request and they sent out someone the same day. The technicians were polite and friendly and very trained. They serviced our one year old unit and even corrected issues made by our previous company who installed it. Very impressed with this company.

Shane arrived on time, and completed his HVAC ducting and plumbing repairs rapidly in a professional and friendly manner. His adjustments to the furnace exhaust venting will prevent future service calls. I highly recommend Shane for any future HVAC work and have passed his name and company onto the new owners who will occupy this residence in May 2025. Thank you very much!

Appointment window was 10-12, Coastal Air Technologies, Inc. Technician, Marco, showed up early. Marco was very professional and thorough. He was very attentive while I explained what had happened over the last week and the unprofessional service I received from another, (unnamed company for purposes of this review).
Coastal Air ordered and replaced my blower motor, that had been previously replaced by another (unnamed company) last Friday and their (unnamed company’s) technician wired it up wrong, causing their new motor to burn up. Then the other (unnamed company) sent me email quotes stating my system was old and needed to be replaced, with a new $19,000 system. Thank goodness I didn’t fall for that (unnamed) company’s crap.
Coastal Air Technologies (CAT) completed the work, tested my unit and everything with my system was working as it should.

The staff is professional and courteous; the technicians are well-trained and skilled. They gave me good service, they were prompt, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied as a customer. I would recommend this company to anyone out there who needs HVAC.
