My first time seeing Dr. Nowacki today and he literally spent about an hour with me. OUTANDING ! OUTSTANDING ! OUTSTANDING ! He explained everything to me about my condition and options of treatment that I will be needing. He's staff are outstanding !! Looking forward to my Therapy session 11/21/25. Big HOOORAAHH !! THAT'S A BIG COMPLIMENT FROM A MARINE !!!

I went to Dr Nowacki after a long time of suffering, lower back pain and leg numbness. Dr Nowacki gave me all the time in the world in discussing the options and expectations from potential surgery. I am now three months past my surgery. I feel much better and I owe the revitalization of the quality of my life to Dr Nowacki. He is the most comforting, reassuring and competent surgeon I have ever encountered. I would recommend him to anybody who suffers from spinal issues. He is the best!!!

I had back surgery on my herniated disc L1 S5 back in July. Doctor Nowacki did a spinal fusion on my back. I have to say Dr. Nowacki was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to talk to my husband and I what I needed to do. I was up and out of the hospital the next day, I can’t express how amazing he was. I highly recommend him. if I can give him 10 stars, I absolutely would.

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Nowacki. I came to him with a complaint of upper back pain. He was patient and I felt heard and listened to. He, unlike a lot of medical professionals, went through the steps of getting me through to getting an MRI. In that MRI, a large mass was found on my thyroid and I’ve now been diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Without his thorough care, this is something that never would’ve been discovered and I feel grateful that he listened to me and was diligent in his care.

After going the conservative route, It was time to go to the next level. I'm happy I found Dr Nowacki & CNSO. He went over my MRI and we were able to get the surgery schedule within two weeks. This being my first surgery I was extremely nervous but Dr Nowacki was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure thoroughly, putting me at ease. His coordinator Gabby was very helpful with all the pre-op items making it a super simple process. I have since had successful surgery and was pain free immediately after. Its been a few months and I'm still feeling great. I highly recommend Dr Nowacki & CNSO!

I went in to Morristown Medical Center experiencing significant back pain along with some neuro issues as well, after review of My MRI, I was scheduled immediately for an emergent surgery. While recovery hasn’t been The best, But Dr. Nowacki and his office have always made sure to return my calls and come up with a plan. The front end have been nothing but amazing as well. I will choose him again and again, his bed side manner is amazing and never makes you fell less than, he listens to you and then explains his theory on what his plan will be. So while I’m still In recovery and having some Complications he has never put my concerns on the back burner! His PA are amazing especially Robert who always returns my calls. CNSO is an amazing office and I will recommend them to anybody that needs anything orthopedic done!!!

Was hard to believe Dr. Nowacki had 91 reviews and all were 5.0! Well, after my first visit I have to say its now 92 at 5.0. He actually listens and answers, making sure you understand his answers. He uses visuals to show where and what the problem is and carefully explains how he can correct it. And a biggie, he does not push to operate. In fact he tells you the next step is meeting with one of their pain management doctors. He's a keeper!

First and foremost, Drs. Nowacki and Rabb absolutely saved my quality of life by performing a delicate fusion surgery. Secondly, Nicole Brown was instrumental and my lifeline to CNSO. She immediately responded to any concerns I had both pre and post surgery. She is an extremely valuable asset to CNSO and will be one of the main reasons I will refer my clients to their practice. Dr Nowacki and his team were exceptional from my first visit with the female PA Dr Zkaterina (hope i spelled correctly) all the way through my back surgery and into post op. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable as I was scared to death to have back surgery. Even the staff at Valley Hospital were amazing! Gabby was my surgical coordinator at CNSO and she was wonderful! I highly recommend Dr Nowacki and Dr O for your surgical procedures.
