Neil is without a doubt the most genuine person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Despite me not being able to go through him for an out of province transaction, he has given me so much of his time, advice and genuine guidance to help aid me in my difficult financial situation, and has left the door open for future guidance. My current broker for my out of province purchase is a disaster compared to Neil. He will look out for you, and do right by you. If I ever have a purchase in Ontario he will be the man. He truly, truly cares.

His patience with us and our many questions have set him and his company apart from other mortgage brokers we have used in the past. Open lines of communication even if it was bad news , which we have been a victim of ,was easily received despite the nature of the news. As first time home buyer; inexperienced to the mortgage application process I called Neil 9 PM on a Friday night anxious about the mortgage application procedure I was about to undergo. Neil and I had a one hour conversation (not even a client yet/it was a cold called inquiry) where he explained the process, the options, and the documents required for the mortgage application. If this is the level of service that you I get as somebody who was not even his client -I CAN ONLY IMAGINE- the level of service as a secured client the and attention this company will provide.
