Excellent communication; kept me in the loop from beginning to end; timely information and project management; done their due diligence; smooth transition from old to new tenant.
Issues for consideration: leasing fee is bit steep; it's all taken upfront: management fee for first and last month and repairs. At the time of new lease, landlord doesn't get paid for two to three consecutive months depending upon the cost of repairs. I suggest this cost be split over a period of time to ease the burden on the landlord. Of course, this could be done with mutual agreement!

Three years ago I moved my account to CMG to manage my rental condo in Toronto. It has been the best decision I made for several reasons. Very professional team at CMG. I've been with them now for 2 plus years and haven't had any issues.
