CMAC was referred to me by a dear friend of mine. Joe Coker was very attentive and answered all my questions. When he showed up for a site visit, we discussed everything from roof pitch, different levels of shingles, what insurance would cover, and even color. He made the whole process seamless, and I know I was adulting hard when I was getting excited about a new roof.
The day the crew came, they were prompt at showing up at 7am, didn't waste a minute getting tarps setup for catching debris, and moving anything that might get damaged near the roof's edge. It was fun to watch them work through my Ring doorbell camera. In a blink of an eye, they were done removing the old, damaged roof and getting it prepped for my new roof. They wrapped up everything and did an excellent job of cleaning up and sweeping the area of any loose material. They waved good-bye and were gone by 1pm! An added bonus, I upgraded my roof with a new gutter system to match. Black roof with Black gutter system looks so good!
Overall, I cannot recommend CMAC enough! They were excellent in customer service, communication, and work ethic.

We had a hailstorm on 11/1/25, this required a new roof. During the process of figuring out what to do, I met Jason Gomez of CMAC Roofing. On day one, he treated us with respect and lead us through the process one step at a time. They have been very patient with us and the banking process. Their Crew showed up bright and early on our scheduled day and got to work and got the job done. They were very clean and efficient.. we are extremely satisfied with our new roof!! Joseph Bandy crew have helped me multiple times this year with both a complete gutter installation and some much needed roof repairs. His team is always quick to help and do excellent work.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE !!!
Three (3) years after my roof was completed, I contacted the owner and asked about something in the attic that looked out of place. This probably had nothing to do with the roof job they did, but I wasnât sure.
Without hesitation, a technician was dispatched to my home to look at and corrected the minor imperfection.
Again, this was probably correct when the job was completed 3 years ago, but they still took the time to look at and fixed it for me anyway.
AND at no charge I should add.

I canât say enough great things about this company and Mike in particular. He has always gone so far above and beyond to make sure Iâm taken care of. On top of being an outstanding professional, heâs simply a really genuine, caring person.
