No Humans will answer their 24 hour customer service, terrible support. Leather balm arrived dried up and nobody wold answer the phones at customer support. Do not buy from them

Works great! Be patient and take your time only wish I tried the filler because you can still see the crack outlines. Otherwise it is an amazing transformation
