My partner and I booked the suite experience in section 255. The food and service was surprisingly fantastic for a sports event. The alcoholic drinks (as expected) were not included. They had a decent selection of beers, wines, and liquor at a decent price. Overall, great seats, people, and experience!

Currently sitting in Brodies Bar waiting to watch Liverpool v PSV - the package included 1 night stay in Novotel Paddington Village (for night of the game). Arrived at hotel and excellent twin room - brilliant.

My experience with Club Sports and Events for the Premier Club hospitality package at Anfield was absolutely first-class from start to finish.
While the matchday itself was incredible, what truly set the experience apart was the exceptional level of customer service, particularly from Jenny. Leading up to the event, I had a minor issue with my ticket details. Jenny handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, speed, and genuine care. She provided clear, reassuring communication and resolved the matter efficiently long before matchday, which allowed me to look forward to the event with complete peace of mind.
On the day, the hospitality area was superb. The facilities, the atmosphere, and the service were all impeccable and lived up to every promise. It was a seamless and truly memorable occasion.
I would not hesitate to book with Club Sports and Events again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a premium, stress-free football hospitality experience. A first-rate company that clearly values its customers.

Very reliable and super responsive customer service. Yes, hospitality is expensive, but prices are very similar to the packages sold directly by the clubs.
Zwei Spiele gebucht und 2x alles bestens geklappt. Vertrauenswürdiger Anbieter und im Vergleich zu anderen (eher unseriösen) Anbietern bekommt man hier Originalkarten zu guten Preisen.
Laiken is amazing!! She is so helpful. She sorted tickets for my boss which got me some extra brownie points 🤞🏽 Couldn’t recommend more and looking forward to using her services again xx

I had a brilliant experience at the Ciroc Lounge at the Co-op Live for Little Simz concert!
The service inside the lounge was quick and efficient, the bar offered a variety of drink and food options along with table service. All staff members were super friendly and professional.
The seats for the stage area were right in front of the lounge, which made it very easy and convenient to move between the two areas.
Entering and exiting the arena was quick and easy, and a quick walk to the tram stop!
Thank you Club Sports and Events for sourcing the tickets for this event, I could not recommend it enough, I had the best experience!

I had the most wonderful time at the Cîroc Lounge at Co-op Live for Little Simz!
The lounge itself was stylish and comfortable, offering a great variety of seating options for different group sizes.
The bar had a fantastic selection of food and drinks, all of which were ordered through table service.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive - they even offered to take photos for us, which was such a nice touch. Our seats in the arena were located just in front of the lounge, providing an incredible view of the stage and making it easy to move between the performance and the lounge area.
Getting in and out of the venue was quick and seamless thanks to the convenient location of the lounge.
A huge thank you to Club Sports and Events for sourcing these tickets - the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish!
I had a fantastic experience working with Laiken at Club Sports for our Coldplay hospitality tickets at Wembley. When Coldplay rescheduled due to the tube strikes, Laiken was incredibly helpful—keeping in touch throughout the entire process and making sure everything went smoothly. Laiken's communication and professionalism were excellent, and it was a real joy to work with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Laiken and Club Sports again for future hospitality bookings. Highly recommend!

Fantastische avond gehad bij Liverpool-Southampton. Uitstekende plek L15 hoop nog vaak naar Anfield te kunnen gaan wat een sfeer en gezellige hospitality.
Lack of comms made things slightly difficult.
Would've been nice to have been told when to show up. Missed the retired player part of the package. Obviously very expensive. Went with the cheapest hotel and it was fantastic. Bar room and gym were great. Also some comms around there being two hotels with the same name in the area would've been useful as I just typed into Uber the hotel name not realizing it was completely across town. I also emailed reaching out and didn't get a response.
Game day was awesome seats were great. Good was a bit average. But over all I was just there for the footy which was awesome.

Along side your tickets, you receive a matchday itinerary which i can see you received, this explains timings, entrances, inclusions etc. Pleased to hear about the hotel, will let them know your feedback. Our website and hotel itineraries list 'Village Liverpool' and 'Village Wirral', both with full addresses and postcodes to differentiate the two for all customers :)
