Martial art club Overall: My overall experience is good. I have been with clubright for 8 years. I am not the easiest customer as i spent more time on the gym floor than managing the software but since having regular check ins with mark its really helped me improve the business. Its all there to be maximised. Pros: Customer service is the main point. Having everything under one company with better rates also helps. Works well for me as a martial arts centre. Cons: Add a little more features on the lower tariffs could be of a benefit giving users a little more for there money

The best CRM for Growth Overall: ClubRight was the best value CRM when I was shopping around and I have not been disappointed. I have a plan to grow to 5 sites next year and I know I can rely on ClubRight to help me. Pros: Clubright have been amazing for my two sites and the growth of my business. I reduced admin and helped me focus on growth Cons: there is nothing I can think off as they have very reliable customer service that is always there to help. Their AL is amazing too- the smartest both I dealt with

All in one service Overall: Everything is under the same roof no other systems to login and check which works perfectly for our business Pros: Clubright has been an amazing choice for our business easy to manage and quiet good value for money you get automatic messages and you don’t need third party integeations Cons: Nothing so far it is not clubright issue but we use DFC for payments and They don’t export data to ClubRight hence we choose to move our payments to CR as well

100/100 for Yoana and Clubright Overall: Yoana has been so helpful facilitating the system and is a brill character full of energy and great ideas for the business! Pros: Easy and simple to use, the learning curve is not overwhelming and the staff are very helpful when integrating their systems. Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Everything has be fairly straightforward, still becoming familiar with the system but so far so good.

Very happy with our selection of Clubright for our gym management software. Overall: Very easy company to deal with, easy to use and the training was great to reduce our learning curve with a new software package. The AI chat or escalating to an operator for resolution of bugs and issues is very smooth. Most queries can be resolved with the AI Assistant. Pros: Great Value for money for the requirements we need for Gym Management Software. Looked at loads of Gym and Fitness software packages and ClubRight had the best features that we need. Cons: Nothing, the upgraded package is even better now that we have upgraded, with additional features with message automation etc.

Great help Overall: Good and straight forward and I am not very computer savvy but the website and app is very clear and easy to navigate around Pros: How I can do so many automated services to take a lot of time off me such as chasing leads or members who cancel Cons: App glitches and the fastest finger rule on waiting lists for classes. I wish it was next in line as that would be fairer.

The system reduced my admin massively Overall: I find ClubRight very suitable for my business - the support is always amazing and I get all updates for the new features. Pros: I like the system as I had problem with my unpaid members and Yoana advised me to try the top package- it has been massive reduction of admin. Cons: Nothing really I get so much help and support - I have to operate my business from overseas sometimes and I always feel like there is someone to talk to if you need help.

Easy to use and very reliable! Overall: My overall experience with ClubRight has been excellent. The system is easy to learn and works smoothly, even during busy times. Members are also able to navigate the app easily which reduces questions and confusion at the desk. ClubRight has made both my work and the members experience better. Pros: I have found ClubRight easy to use and navigate, it is set out in a way that everything you may need to use is presented on the home page. I have found my experience with ClubRight to be very reliable and smooth. I am able to view, manage and change memberships with ease when needed which is a bonus! Cons: So far, I have not experienced any issues with ClubRight. Everything has worked very smoothly for me.

Amazing service and problem free migration Overall: Overall great- I did not have software in place before ClubRIght and since I have used them for my business my admin has gone down dramatically- I do what I do best now- work with my members and help them with their fitness Pros: I was very nervous about my migration from Go cardless but the team did a fantastic Job- everything was done on time and very seamless. Neither me or my members had to do anything. Cons: nothing in particular everything I raise is always dealt with in timely manner - the team is very polite and knowledgeable

Yoana’s help Overall: Our experience with Clubright was nothing but straight forward and relaxed with clear instructions and communication. Pros: One to one communication was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and clear. Made all the processes so much easier for us. Cons: Moving past all of the positives that we encountered, the only thing that stood out was the AI could be slightly more helpful, however Yoana wasn’t the problem.

Clubright review Overall: Very easy to use, we feel we are a valued customer and we know where to go if we need assistance. Overall a very positive experience. Pros: Ease of use as well as customer service availability and flexibility of the software for different uses Cons: Sometimes errors with mass migration or DD transfers for example but overall this is only small and naturally going to happen when transferring 100s of lines of data
