I recently had a Vaillant heat pump installed by Cloverleaf Plumbing, Heating & Renewables Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
From the very first contact, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in explaining the process and answering all my questions. The installation itself was carried out smoothly and efficiently, with great attention to detail and respect for my home. Everything was left clean and tidy, which I really appreciated.
The system is working brilliantly, and I’ve already noticed the difference in both comfort and efficiency. It’s clear that the team takes real pride in their work and genuinely cares about delivering high-quality results.

Could not have been happier with the service received from Dean and the Cloverleaf team. Initial enquiry regarding air source heat pump installation was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner and the once the quote was accepted the work was done promptly and professionally. Thoroughly recommend Cloverleaf, they are air source heat pump experts.
I found Cloverleaf Plumbing and Heating listed as a Viessmann-approved installer, so I expected a reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
During the first appointment, the engineer failed to call ahead as promised and then refused to wait, even though I was only five minutes away. The customer service team made no effort to follow up or reschedule, despite having assured me that I’d receive a courtesy call before arrival.
For the rescheduled visit, I was given a specific timeslot that was later changed with hardly any notice. Then, on the day of the appointment, I was told it was cancelled entirely. This has caused significant disruption — I’ve taken time off work and arranged childcare for nothing, twice.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I would urge anyone considering this company to think twice, and I hope Viessmann reconsiders their accreditation if this is the level of service being provided.

We have appreciated the trustworthy and friendly service from Cloverleaf since a first plumbing repair almost 10 years ago. Every member of their staff attending since provides the same great level of service. This time Neil and Drew installed a new boiler - we appreciated them talking through the options around placement, and they kept us informed at each step and overall were a real pleasure to have in the house. The service from Arrie, Georgia and Lina in the office was also excellent and attentive. It's so reassuring to have such a reliable a plumbing and heating company to call on - thank you.

Before commissioning new pipework I talked to several firms as I always do, and was happy to have chosen Cloverleaf. Good communication, planning, and so far - 3 months in - v good workmanship. One isolated thing did go wrong, it took a wee bit of time but they were honest and fair and made good. Happy to recommend.
We needed a new shower fitment. Cloverleaf responded and sorted the problem very quickly. Efficient service. Dylan was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know.We always use Cloverleaf for plumbing and heating.

Thanks to Dean for creating a simple yet innovative solution to my new UFH installation, which avoided floor ripping and new CH pipe installation. Boiler making terrible noises and no hot water - called Cloverleaf and Neil arrived going above and beyond to source parts and went to collect. Kept me informed on what was wrong and how he was going to fix. Within a couple of hours all done. cannot praise Neil and cloverleaf enough - they always come through!

I contacted Cloverleaf to look at my air source heat pump when the original installer disappeared. Dean came and analysed the problem (which was complicated), familiarised himself with a system he didn't know and, with Ben, worked to put it right. I couldn't have been more pleased (and relieved). I would have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf.
