I called Clovereaf about a leaking shower pump that needed replacing, it was 20 years old. The customer service was friendly and efficient and I got a quote and then an appointment quickly. I was kept informed about the quote and was called to ask if the plumbers could come earlier that day. Neil and Dan were well-informed and explained what they were doing and they did an excellent job. The invoice was adjusted so as not to include the cost of parts of the job that did not need to be included as it was difficult to see from the photos I sent. It was easy to pay buy bank draft or just calling with a card. The plumbers were, quick, clean, tidy and very pleasant They did a very good job. Many thanks

Dean and his team carried out a heating installation at our house which involved four solid days of work during which time we were kept updated on each stage of the process. Both the guys Geoff and Joe worked in a professional and very tidy manner throughout and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf Services for any plumbing /heating services.

Cloverleaf did a fantastic job of undertaking a temporary fix to provide heating and hot water after my old Gledhill Thermal store leaked and caused a heating pump failure. Dean though outside the box and got the whole system up and running whilst we waited for a new combi boiler heating system to be install. The new boiler was installed a few weeks later following some discussion on what the most appropriate boiler and system should be used. The installation was undertaken very professionally by Neil over 2 days and went seamlessly, working in a tidy and methodical manner creating as little mess as was possible. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the whole service from quotation to installation and would highly recommend. As a final positive my house has never been warmer nor the water hotter with less gas being used !!

Used Cloverleaf to install my air source heat pump, hot water tank and radiator upgrades. They did a great job for a competitive price. The team under Dean’s leadership was very professional and reliable and communicated well during the installation process so there were no surprises. I am very happy with the quality of work that they have done and would recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

Very bad driver, the van was pushing my car in a junction to get in front of me (even know I was in front). Untrusted driver/staff in this company. I have his plate (LD71) and picture. Would not recommend such service based on its behaviour with others

We used Cloverleaf to install a new air source heat pump for our heating and hot water. Dean was very informative about about the pros, cons and limitations of a heat pump installation. The team installed the system very well and neatly and managed to never leave us without hot water. They loaned us some oil heaters to cover the time before the heating was up and running. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and it was reasonably priced. The aftercare has also been excellent. Thank you. We got Cloverleaf back to renovate our en-suite in December 2023. They were great. Steve, Joe and others were lovely guys, they did very careful and considered work, providing us with a better en-suite than we could imagine. Communication from from the office was excellent. They were also so incredibly clean and tidy that we didn't even get dust in our bedroom. We will certainly use Cloverleaf again if the need arises. Thank you again.

Knowledge 10/10, quality of work 10/10 and finally a team I can trust. They are my go to and always will be. Would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I felt really happy when they had sorted all the work that three other separate tradespeople never found after hours of ‘searching’.

Cloverleaf moved an existing solar thermal setup from a bedroom to a loft for me. This was not a 'sexy' job, but they did it terrifically. There aren't that many people it seems that know all the ins-and-outs of solar thermal, but Cloverleaf do. They have been the only company I've found that could explain to me how my setup works, and the team on the day were all very professional. There was one small problem that crept up a couple of months after the work, and they called me to discuss and then sent someone out to resolve, so aftercare seems top-notch too. I'd definitely use them again.

Cloverleaf are brilliant. I came to them with an ancient boiler, uninspiring shower & heating and a desire to use less fossil fuel. Dean took the time to make sure I really understood the options suitable for my house and circumstances. The solution for me was solar thermal. So now I get hot water from sunshine, how cool is that! Less photogenic but as important is the new system is really energy efficient too. Cloverleaf have been exemplary at all stages: quoting (all transparent so it was easy to check the prices were fair), co-ordination, the work itself, the handover pack, billing and aftercare visit to check everything working tip-top. Cloverleaf do seem to be in the Goldilocks zone of company size - the professional advantages of a big company but small enough to be enthusiastic about finding the right individual solution. Many thanks to all involved.

Dean and Grace managed the design phase and were helpful throughout. Ben and Izak plus other excellent team members were professional and tidy and also very patient when trying to explain to me what everything did and what was still to come. Also good liaison with solar company working in parallel.

Cloverleaf did a complete bathroom refit. I was impressed with the level of professionalism to the craft. During the work, the engineers took the time to explain issues and options that other engineers would have failed to pick up on or mention. They repaired pre existing issues and realised the vision I had for the bathroom. They were always on time and incredibly tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf and shall be using them for further work in the future

The pipe in my solar hot water system had a leak which was extremely difficult to locate.Ben and Isaac managed to install an entirely new pipe in the small space between the ceiling and external roof. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. In the process all my contact with the company was done on a very friendly and helpful basis - thank you!
