I’ve been coming to Fiore Aesthetic in London for over a year now for Carboxy Therapy, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my skin.
Flavio is truly exceptional – he goes above and beyond for his clients, always making sure I feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. His attention to detail and genuine passion for what he does really shows in the results.
I also have to give a big shoutout to Carly at reception – she’s always so warm, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel at ease.

We had such an amazing experience with Flavio! My sister and I came to the UK for a trip interested in polynucleotides and Flavio took the time to do a virtual consult to explain the treatment before we even arrived. Knowing we were on a tight travel schedule, he actually came in on his day off to ensure we could have all the treatments done we were interested in, while still being close by should we have any concerns post treatment. Both he and Carly made us feel right at home, and were so incredibly warm and welcoming. Additionally, Flavio addressed all of our concerns and is a masterful artist at his craft. Thank you Flavio!! I wish I were closer to visit more often, and will definitely return when back in the UK!! ❤️❤️

I had such a good experience at Fiore Aesthetics! I went in to get my lips done and also had IPL for my rosacea, and honestly, I’m so happy with the results. Flavio is amazing – super professional but also really kind and makes you feel completely comfortable. My lips look super natural (exactly what I wanted), and the redness in my skin has improved so much. The clinic has a really nice vibe too, very clean and calm. Totally recommend it!

Unlike another clinic I visited, where my consultation was exactly 20 minutes, Flavio spent nearly an hour explaining everything in detail. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care were evident from the very first minute. I had an amazing experience with Flavio, from the moment you walk into his cozy, impeccably clean clinic, you feel at ease.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure you fully understand before starting. Honestly, he spent more time making me feel comfortable than on the actual treatment, which speaks volumes about his care and professionalism.
I did carboxytherapy and an under-eye treatment, and the results are incredible! Much less pain than expected, just precision and expertise. I can’t wait for my next sessions because I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

Incredible experience! I had my CO2 laser treatment done by Marina, and even though it’s only been 10 days, my skin is already looking amazing! The team is highly professional, explained the entire process beforehand, and the results—just WOW! I can’t wait for my next treatment!

We have a full time external PA company that always picks up any missed internal phone calls , including weekend . Our reception is open from Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm . Unfortunately your email went into the spam box , therefore our reception never got to see it on time . On top of that our reception staff was poorly for a few days , therefore we did not see your email . As soon as we received your 1 star review , we were surprised , but we understand your frustration . we have tried to reach you to rectify the situation .
This time was an unfortunate circumstances .

You have been a returning valued patient to us for the past 3 years, always being looked after by Dr Asel (GMC Uk Register Doctor) with nearly 20 years of medical & aesthetic practice and experience. You have always been so positive about the outcomes of your treatments, to the point of introducing some of your family members to our clinic. We really feel that after all these years, if you were unhappy after your last visit in June 29th 2023, you would have emailed us, send us photos, so that we would have been able to accommodate your needs to review and potentially adjust whatever you felt unhappy with. You had a treatment review booked with us on the 9th August 2023, which you cancelled. So as a clinic we thought as per usual that everything was absolutely fine.
We wish that in the past 6 months since the day of your last visit with Dr Asel , you would have had continued communication with us.
On your review you have stated that we are not trained to standards and not experienced, just to reinforce, we have been practicing 14 years meeting all the government standards, we are fully insured, licensed and our practitioners are fully qualified.
Dr Asel would have been happy to see you and review at any point.
Its very upsetting for us as a clinic to read a statement like this, that does not represent who we are in any which way.

Cannot rate this clinic highly enough. From initial booking and greeting from Carly who is always so lovely and accommodating, through to the treatment with Flavio. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. He takes time and pride in his procedures. He makes you feel so special as a patient, he shares advice, he makes you feel safe and talks through everything with you. You leave feeling so confident in your appearance. Flavio’s work is unmatched, truly an artist and a magician.
