I was at Clinic 360 in May for a hip and knee problem. It had an injection in my knee which sadly did not work ( I was aware that it was not always successful) .
However the service I received from Dr Dhand was excellent as was the service I had on previous visits from other practitioners .
When you have a niggling knee or hip problem you just want to know what it is and how best to deal with it before going down the surgery route, and I find the service that Clinic 360 offers is exemplary in that respect. I was seen within a week of making the appointment and the charges were, I thought, very reasonable especially in comparison with seeing a consultant at a private hospital.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use Clinic 360 again

I have been suffering with arm and shoulder pain for over 3 months getting very little sleep in that time. An NHS X Ray showed signs of Calcific Tendonitis and following visits to my Doctors and MSK I was referred to a specialist for consultation and hopefully treatment. The dates given were early March for consultation with treatment up to 16 weeks later. We found Clinic 360 on line on Sunday 11th Jan and by Thursday 15th Jan I have had my treatment which turned out to be Frozen Shoulder. Dr Dhand went through the history of my condition and following an Ultrasound we agreed on Frozen Shoulder treatment. Dr Dhand spent time explaining the procedure and provided the treatment with exceptional care and attention. Although still early days I can highly recommend Clinic 360 .

I was incredibly impressed with my treatment here. I was a little wary at first, not being in a hospital setting but my fears were allayed when first I met the lady on reception and then when I met Dr Lakhera.
Such a very personable yet professional man. I felt completely at ease with him. He explained everything to me and advised me of the exercises I should do after the treatment.
The reception area was very relaxing too and I didn't wait more than a couple of minutes.
I would highly recommend Clinic360 and the staff I met!!

I’d had knee pain for a long time but recently it had been getting much worse so I made an appointment to see Josh. Following a very informative assessment he administered a Corticosteroid injection. It’s now 2 weeks since my appointment and the pain has reduced quite dramatically.

Had been undergoing physio for some time with an injured shoulder.Things were not improving so contacted Clinic 360 and met with Josh Wheatley.Josh immediately diagnosed my injury via ultrasound and set a plan in motion which resulted in a cortisone injection.Within 10 days of my first appointment I did not have pain and enjoyed uninterrupted sleep for the first time in months.I could not be more impressed with the speed and help Josh and the Clinic provided.I would recommend the Clinic to all who need a speedy end to pain.

I had the distension injection to deal with a frozen shoulder issue and was delighted with the outcome. Within days I had 95% of movement back with virtually all the pain gone. Within a month I was back to full training - I am so glad I took the plunge and had the injection.

I saw Dr Marwan for an on going hip issue as a result of over use after knee fracture surgery. The appointment was made incredibly quickly and on a Sunday by his secretary Sally.
The care Dr Marwan offered was absolutely amazing and he took his time explaining things and the ultrasound procedure.
I had the steroid injection to try and stop the inflammation and Dr Marwan made sure i knew exactly what was to be expected and what to do - even down to having a follow up if needs be or just to contact him with any questions.
Dr Marwan is a genuinely kind and caring Dr who is focused on getting you back to the things that you love and in my case sports.
Thank you to him and Sally for being so efficient and kind.
I attended the clinic recently for a shoulder issue and was very pleased with the service I received from Josh. An ultrasound was carried out and he took the time to explain everything to me and to show me the difference on the scan between my good and bad shoulder.
He explained the options and I chose to have the steroid injections there and then although there was no pressure to do so. He took his time and was very thorough and gave me a leaflet on possible side effects. I received a detailed email/ letter from him the same day which was also sent to my GP.
The pain in my shoulder has significantly lessened enabling me to do more exercises.
I would not hesitate to return to the clinic in the future.

My meeting with Dr Bhatti was an absolute pleasure. I had finally found a doctor who understood my situation and how to move forwards and can now educate my own doctors about my condition. Dr Bhatti is one of those doctors that you just know is at the top of his league. His secretary Helen made me feel welcome and her administration of my booking and after care was immediate and accurate. Thanks to you both I highly recommend this service. I have been struggling with shoulder pain for years and getting nowhere with the NHS. Mr. Wheatley saw me quickly and carried out an examination which was much more thorough than anything I had previously received which included imaging. As a consequence i now understand for the first time what the issue is with my shoulder. I was treated there and then with an injection which resolved my pain instantly. I am now able to work on strengthening my shoulder in a pain free way. I understand what my options are going forward if the pain recurs and i have a plan. I was listened to and treated with care and respect. It is a lovely environment and an all round positive experience for me. I highly recommend Mr. Wheatley and the Clinic.

Would highly recommend. I needed a dermatology consultation so contacted Clinic 360 who arranged an appointment quickly and at a time convenient to me.
The consultation with Dr Bhatti went well with him carefully explaining each step of the process and what he was doing and why. He took time to clearly answer any questions I had. I then received my notes the same day. All in all a very positive experience.

I would like to recommend Dr K Bhatti - Consultant Dermatologist, he left no stone unturned all my 5 months of upset and stress over my skin condition was worth every penny of the consultancy fee so if your worried about a skin complaint, i have a longish wait to go but all my extra worry has gone as Dr Bhatti listens, very helpful cannot thankyou enough

I attended clinic 360 with my wife who was suffering with acute pain in her left shoulder. She was seen by Josh who was great at putting her at ease and talking through the stages of treatment. She had a scan and injection on the day and two weeks later she i s virtually pain free. Many thanks to the staff and Josh for al there help and we will be back at clinic 360 if we need further treatment.
