The entire process was impressively fast and seamless! Communication was crystal clear, and the documentation requests were straightforward and reasonable. The rate offered was amazing, and the pricing seemed competitive compared to the market. I couldn't be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

STAY AWAY! My experience with one of the loan officers here was absolutely terrible. I was very clear about my goals for refinancing my house. However, this person made a false promise and insisted on submitting all the documentation, even though I had asked him if he was certain I could secure the rate I was looking for based on the actual data. It was a fake promise, hoping I would accept whatever they offered. This was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I will never work with this company again.
EDIT- You can adjust the narrative however you’d like to justify what happened, but the reality is he understood the situation from the very first phone call. There’s no need to mislead, just be transparent.
I fully understand that income verification is a standard part of the process, that was never my concern. The issue is about honest and clear communication. I didn’t approach him for a refinance, he reached out to me. I was very explicit about my expectations and even asked him upfront to confirm whether what I was looking for was realistically achievable at this time. I also made it clear that I was perfectly fine waiting if it wasn’t.
What he initially indicated was possible versus what was ultimately presented were completely misaligned. That’s the core issue here.
So it’s better to keep the justifications aside and reserve that approach for first-time clients. If you as a CEO are supporting this, then I answered a wrong phone call. Thanks for taking time to respond to my review.

During your conversations, you requested a 5.99% rate on a property that is no longer owner-occupied. Ray clearly explained that this would be considered an investment property, which carries different pricing and typically higher rates and costs.
He also communicated that achieving a 5.99% rate in this scenario would likely require additional points or fees, but he would do his best to structure the loan accordingly. As part of standard industry practice, he requested income documentation to confirm qualification given the complexity of your situation.
