We found Rob to be very reliable. He arrived on time as he promised and took great care when removing a very large tree. He toòk particular care not to cause damage to the shed or nearby plants. He also made sure that all the rubbish was cleared away and the area left tidy. We would definitely recommend him.

Completely efficient service which we couldn't fault. Rob turned up to quote exactly as promised and extremely punctually on the day he came to prune and shape three of our trees (a tall maple, a cherry tree and a red robin). Rob did an absolutely brilliant job - exactly what he said he'd do and exactly what we wanted. He left no mess and did the work for a very good, reasonable price. We couldn't recommend his services highly enough - having had trees 'hacked' by others in the past.

When Rob phoned he was polite and helpful. We made an appointment and he turned up promptly and I received the quote that evening. He turned up on the day promptly and everything was cleared and removed st the end of the job. Very impressed.

I have just used Rob (Clements Tree Care) for a second year, to carry out what in the end was just over two days of general tree work, including trimming of high conifer, laurel and privet and some more substantive work, thinning out mature laurel and other tree branches. Rob provides a very professional service and was always willing to do that extra bit to really ensure the client was happy with the work overall. He was always on time and his charges are very reasonable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clements Tree Care and will certainly be using Rob again in the future.
