Clearview have built our orangery, external guttering, roof facings, and porch - all over a period of 15 years! Always to a high standard, recently we have had new windows fitted by them, again to a high standard. 100% recommended!

£38,000 pound lights and a massive hole in my home. The have been trying to fix a leak that was reported 2 month after the completion of the project. They have been trying to fix this for 5 years, yes that right 5 years, and they call themself highly skilled. They lie to your face, like when the did not show up, because my job got mixed up, wait for this, with a guy who had the same name as me, who had the same conservatory built, had the same issue as me and live only 2 mile away...... really? winning the lottery is easier. Thye then come to you house and explain to you about how they will test the fault with a probe, the advised that anything below 20 is condensation anything else is a leak. It read 27, now apparently filling a hole with insulation will fix the leak issue as confirmed by their own probe test, but over night its changed to condensation. How does that work? Customer service is garbage, i really cannot sum that up in any other way. They uses cheap as chips contractors who really do not care about the standard they do the job to. Honestly if you take any thing from this, avoid them at all costs, I am now in the process of perusing them thought the courts as i have just had enough of their incomitance. PS, they agreed Phil hue bulbs in the contract for the conservatory, the then tried to palm me off with TEMU specials, had a fight to get them to fulfil what was in the written contract. This is what you are dealing with save your money and your sanity stay well well away. It is worth know that under the consumer law you can fully reject their product up to 6 years after install for poor service and not of satisfactory quality which is what my team will be arguing in court as it taken them 5 years and still no guaranteed fix. UPDATE to Clearviews response This is the sort of customer service you can expect from the head of customer service. Food for thought before handing your money over. Rather concerning it took this company 5 years to notice there was no insulation, and you want to trust them with most peoples largest assets? why would they fit 2 cavity trays if one did not fail? Also take a look at a response further down by elaine tyrer, she also suffered with no insulation, seems to be a patter in ClearView's modus operandi and very telling how they treat Reasonable Care and Skill when perfuming work, which is protected under section 49 of the consumer right act 2015, and can invalidated the clauses on the back of their contract, worth noting maybe

The internal area exposed during our investigation is protected and does not present any risk of rain ingress or further damage. The cavity is not externally open and there is no route for water penetration. Following our attendance yesterday, our engineers have confirmed that the issue was caused by condensation. Once sections of internal plasterboard were removed, it was evident that the affected area had not been insulated during the original installation. This resulted in cold

Had my orangery installed 10 years ago and it was project managed like a dream. From day 1 to completion everything was done timed to perfection. Then recenty I needed a gutter replacement and Barry couldnt do enough to help me locate and replace the damaged part. A credit to this whole company and staff who make it work so well.

Honestly an absolutely appalling company - my one room extension was started almost a year ago and it's still not finished!! The project manager assigned to my job, Paul, ignores emails constantly. I have had so many issues with this company I can't even list them all!! To name a few, they knew my room was going to be used as a wet room but they built a flat floor with the drain right next to the wall so when it came to me getting the shower floor fitted I had to pay someone else to build up the floor so the water drained. The drain was covered partially by the plasterboard so again I had to pay to get this fixed. I was told the only drain I could have in the room was an outside plastic drain, completely untrue but again cost me more to get a proper indoor drain fitted. The first attempt by their cleaners was appalling it was as if nothing had been done or they had done it blindfolded or drunk! They threw away a brand new role of material that I had bought costing £114 and instead of refunding me told me they would take it off the £500 balance that I will need to pay if they ever finish the job! It was their mistake so why should I be out of pocket by replacing something they had taken which wasn't theirs. To put this into context this was roughly around March time. There are so many other issues but they are just not interested - I tried to complain about the complete lack of responses from Paul and got absolutely nowhere- once they have your money they couldn't care less - AVOID AVOID AVOID Update 28/11 - I am still no further along - I contacted Clearview on 17/11 as promoted to by their comment on a Trust Pilot review. They responded the same day saying they wanted to help to get a timely completion of everything that is outstanding - no apology though but I thought great at least they responded quickly. I should have known better. I responded the same day and got nothing back until I sent 3 further chasers for updates on 19th, 21st and 24th Nov. I also got an email from Paul on 24th who blamed Andy the person doing the render saying he had been chasing for weeks. I doubt this is true. No comment on the damage to my fashias that needs fixing. It's now 28/11 and a further week has been lost with no progress. This company are an absolute joke - once they have your money they either couldn't care less or hire people with absolutley no skill to do the job they have been brought in to do. I would add that on the whole the tradespeople have been good, including Andy it's the organisation staff who are appalling! Update 12th Dec - even after multiple chasers I am no further along and still have an unfinished extension - this company are a complete joke and have no understanding of what the term customer service means. They constantly ignore emails even the person who in response to the Trust Pilot review said he wanted to get everything sorted for me!! Absolute waste of space! At this rate I doubt they will ever bother to finish my extension or fix the damage they have done

We had a shattered glass inner roof panel caused by an unusual thermal shock , a this company went above and beyond from start to finish. They arrived the same day off notification , cleared all the broken glass , made everything completely safe and water tight and kept us updated throughout the whole process. As soon as a replacement panel arrived they fitted it promptly and professionally . What impressed us most was that even though this incident was outside the glass warranty , they carried out the repair free of charge because the damage was such an unusual occurrence. Their integrity, workmanship and customer care are exceptional. Highly recommend this company - a genuine five star experience

We were very pleased with the response from Clearview Home Improvements when we had a problem with two of our existing windows fitted some time ago. Upon first contact every effort was made to resolve the issue, resulting in two new windows at no cost to ourselves. From first contact with Barry, the Aftercare Manager, through to the two fitters on installation day, I can’t praise Clearview enough for its customer commitment and service, especially as our problem occurred 9 years into a ten year guarantee. Other companies often aren't interested once the initial job has been completed and paid for. It was very refreshing to receive such prompt and efficient service. I can't praise Clearview enough and would highly recommend them to others.
