They always make sure I have what I need, I’ll say that. BUT, since I started going here a couple years ago I’ve seen quite the decline in “services” and providers. Sounds to “us” (myself and other clients who have briefly spoke about it in passing a couple times) that the big main company doesn’t give a shit about anything but money as they work the providers so much and so hard that any GOOD provider we get through there ends up closing up shop and leaving due to being completely walked all over and mistreated. So they leave. Pretty simple story I’ve heard from my last THREE GOOD PROVIDERS there. So, they will get you in and out, the front staff is amazing and on top of it, but now a majority of my appointments are done at a kiosk with someone remotely. Due to the sheer lack of any providers. 3 empty offices. Two kiosk rooms. Would be nice to build a relationship with a provider that isn’t going to hate their job in six months and leave!

I really don't mind doing Randoms but I am handicapped on a walker and cane, therefore my husband brings me for my appointments to help me get my walker . He has to take time out his work schedule to bring me and he has to make the time up for it, which makes it hard on him.

This place has the right idea and your best interest in mind. If you follow their policies, show up on time, take your meds as directed and have clean drug tests theres no reason why you cant get better. I had an issue with 1 employee who didnt quite treat me with compassion, dignity or seem like a warrior of hope. Felt like they became numb to peoples feelings and just robotically going through the motions. Other than that. This place has been great for me. I strongly recommend you at least give it a shot. You can only get better and they are there to help!

Everybody at Clean Slate from the front desk to the back are all kind and considerate and compassionate and are very understanding of our situations and I find them to be very knowledgeable and kind I cannot express that enough I only have had one issue with a provider, Paula, but we all can't get along.. If you know it's time to drop the drugs and get help the Greenwood location is ready to help..
