Recently Cleaning Fairies completed an awesome deep clean of the apartment I lived in for four years. Every room was left shining and bright.

They always did a great job. They were very thorough and effecient. We hired them to clean out the apartment before we moved, and we had no problems with the building inspector. The regular we hired, leonie, was a delight, so helpful and polite. She did a great job.

The company started out with not showing up the day of the cleaning. Whoever handles the cleaners didn’t even call the girl that was supposed to be at our home until AFTER the time she was supposed to arrive at our home. So 25 mins AFTER the arrival time, we were told no one was coming. Then the next day a cleaner came for a deep clean. She was very very sweet. However, she was uninformed of the blind wiping extras that had been talked about, as well as did not dust or wipe any baseboard, did not clean the inside of the microwave or any appliances. Half of the deep clean list basically was not done. Paying over $400 for a standard cleaning was absurd. I was offered a $50 refund after the first mishap, gave them a second chance. After the second day being a fail, I don’t want them back in my house again, and they will not do anything else to further help the situation. Would not recommend this company at this point.

We contacted the company early in the morning for a last minute cleaning and two cleaners showed up promptly at 9:00 AM the same day, we requested a custom service, for high traffic areas, and cleaning of appliances as long as other detail cleaning/ dusting of trim baseboard. We were satisfied with the service as it was helpful to wrap up entertaining during the holidays and I would reccomend to others!

I am very pleased with my service. The staff members that I've encountered were very professional, courteous, and kind. I've used the service twice now and would recommend this company to anyone. They show up on time and leave behind an aroma of order and cleanliness. My house feels transformed! Thank you.
We use their service every other week and the cleaning is outstanding. Our cleaner is on time, friendly, courteous and respectful for out time and business at home. Additionally, our cleaner listens to our points of special needs each visit to assist with any special requests if requested.
