Mark came to our house 40 minutes late. He didn’t have the courtesy to tell us in advance about the delay and when he finally did show up he didn’t even acknowledge or apologise for it. My partner then showed him around the roof and within 5 minutes he decided it was too much work for him and simply said he’s leaving. We have never dealt with a more unprofessional, incompetent and rude tradesman.

Firstly, regarding the timing of our arrival: we never provide an exact arrival time, but instead a window to ensure flexibility based on previous appointments and travel conditions. In this instance, you were informed that we would arrive between 8:00 and 8:30 am, and our records show we arrived at your property at 8:32 am—just two minutes outside the stated window.
Concerning the repairs, we noticed that the cement work had only been completed the previous day and was not fully cured, which could have affected the quality of our work and the long-term results. Additionally, we felt that some expectations and comments regarding the cleaning process were not fully aligned with our standard operating procedures. As a professional team, we always ensure that we thoroughly clear up after ourselves and use the appropriate equipment to maintain the highest standards.
Finally, we would like to assure you that we are experienced in completing roof cleans on properties of much larger scale and with greater access restrictions than those present at your property. Our decision not to proceed was made solely to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of all parties involved.

I contacted Mark in March about clearing a 10-year build-up of moss from our extension roof. The quoted price was more than reasonable for the work and Mark carried out the moss removal cleanly and professionally - he even used a drone to check his work. He's also just a really nice guy. Would highly recommend his services - we know where we're going if we ever need our gutters looked at in future!

Mark cleaned the tender for the front of our house. He did a very thorough job and left the once-grey render sparkling white! Mark’s attention to detail was great- washing off the plants in the garden that may have behalf some of the chemicals fall on them etc. Would highly recommend!

Very unprofessionall company, turns up at your door and before they even knock, decide to empty a full wet vac full of water and gunk from the previous job. Didnt even have the courtesy to ask if they could use it, a bin which I have to pay extra for and would get marked as cross-contamination now its half full of water and almost impossible to move and the waste collectors wont touch it. Called the company to let them know how unprofessional and dissapointing they are and they just laugh and say its standard practice to help them selves and make peoples lives more inconvenient.
All was caught on CCTV and the guy looked like he near broke his back trying to lift the drum full of water and gunk into the bin, then try hide the mess by pouring water over the bin, like it never happened. Absolute joke of a service...!!!! Also no care for health and safety it seems.
Got in touch with Mark after our gutters started over flowing, he made some time to come round and clear them. Did a really great job and was great to deal with, would definitely use again and recommend!
