...bought second hand car that upon delivery was found to have numerous issues not made know to us before sale!! Contacted garage several times and sent recorded delivery letter rejecting the vehicle under the consumer rights act 2015 ... Garage have totally ignored our messages and are in breach of the above act by doing so... Have made complaints with autotrader and the AA and will also be reporting to Trading standards.... DO NOT get your vehicle from here as they take your money and run!! ... They make lots of promises but once they have your money they will not enter into any communication with you to even try and come to some resolution.... My advice is take your business elsewhere!!

I've been using cleaning smart for around 12 years now. Matt, Mark & Josh are always friendly and their customer service is second to none, i deal with Mark mostly as he is cleansmarts technician, great knowledge and always goes above and beyond for me. I have the Airflex Pro and it is hands down the best portable carpet cleaning machine on the market. Thanks to all at cleansmart for the great service you've all provided to me over the years, it's greatly appreciated.
Sometimes you make a purchase and thank god you chose the company you did! And that’s how I feel about Cleansmart! Very helpful and well structured training course! I feel confident that any support I need will be provided. You can tell a lot of hard work went into creating something that is easy to understand and follow but also really detailed and informative!

This is clearly scam artists, delayed delivery by weeks. The car didn’t start once delivered as they delivered it by flatbed.
I’d asked for my deposit back as they didn’t fulfill their end of the deal and I’ve received nothing. Their business model is to scam people out of £250.00

Got a car from the dealer the car I got was a Vauxhall Astra 1.6 2016 diesel reg number SJ65UDK. Before I got the car he said took for a test drive found fault it was a tyre sensor took for test drive another FAULT it was he said it was the top oil solenoid so he said done that then took fir test drive another fault it was the bottom oil solenoid so he told me he do that plus the oil pump as by this time I should of had the car delivered 2 weeks ago so out for a good jesture he said I pay £20 For the tax £50 towards the car insurance I payed and 6 months warranty OK I said
So had it delivered in the night so next day I drove the car no further than 2 hundred yards it went into limp mod rang he said take to garage which I payed for dionistic of £108 Which he won't pay back I told the garage what work he done they said no work have been done on this car plus the wiring loom was pulled so tight and the top solenoid was cable tied in the car was not road worthy he shouldn't of sold it as he new the condition and before he had it delivered he got rid of all the faults.
Got picked up today then later he has put it back for selling without doing the parts what needed to be repair it is a Vauxhall Astra 1.6 diesel SJ65UDK DON'T BUY THIS CAR as you will still have problems with it this dealer is a con man scammer ADVOID ADVOID ADVOID FOR SURE THIS DEALERSHIP NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN as I'm going to trading standers
