I had an emergency, my daughter's ear was blocked up we tried to get an appointment but just kept getting told to call back the next day, went to the pharmacist and they gave us drops hut it wasnt helping. My daughter has been having pains in her ear due to ear wax building up. I called clean hearing and managed to get a same day booking. Im so grateful the audiologist managed to see us on such short notice. The clinic was really nice, seating and coffee machine available to use. We had a micro suction done and we were expecting it to be painful, but the clinician was so gentle and made my daughter feel at ease, she managed to get the ear wax out and gave use consultation on the next steps as theres signs of a minor infection. Im really pleased with the service and the would definitely use them again.

Got me in next day and explained the procedure as it was my first time. Lady was very thorough and also explained what issues she found and what to do next. Was pain free and walked out hearing again. Highly recommend this business services.

I contacted Clean Hearing for ear wax removal and the service I received was topnotch. Both the customer service desk staff, and the audiologist, were very welcoming and professional. The office environment was clean, good, well polished and appropriate. The main issue for my appointment there was well sorted and I went home happy and very satisfied for the excellent service I received.

Kully did an excellent job and solved my hearing problem. She was professional, thorough and patient and has been diligent with follow ups. I had a negative experience previously with a well known High Street chain and she was worlds better - highly recommended.

I experienced hearing loss in left ear. Went to see doctor who confirmed I've got wax build-up in that ear. Booked appointment with clear hearing same day and a lovely gentle lady looked after me! Over the moon with result.

I honestly cant praise ch hearing harbourne enough. everything from the intial phone call and booking process right through until the procedure was amazing,The lady that looked after me was super nice and professional. Everything was done at my own pace while she made sure i was comfortable the whole time.the price was also competitive compared to everywhere else it came in cheaper. but even if it wasnt id come here just for the service. The fact i got a next day apointment after ringing was also really convient.

This was my second appointment at Clean Hearing, once again the whole procedure was quick and painless, the audiologist & Sally-Anne in reception are so welcoming, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Hi yes..I just would like to say I suffer from ear wax..so I need to have my ears serringed yearly..I live in selly oak and I needed a place where I could have my ears serringed know obviously the closest one to me the better.looked online and the was a place in harborne.they where absolutely brilliant... beautiful place to come too..also very lovely smiley happy receptionist greeted me..very lovely lady..then the lady that serringed my ears she was so gentle and kept on reassuring me that she will sort the issue out for me.she did of course and know I can hear the birds and the bees..she was top professional No1..I would love to recommend this place if you have any problems to do with your ears..lots of love take care..
