My sister got in touch with Clean Hearing Harborne as my 82 year old mom was suffering with ear wax due to narrow ear canals which was really making her hearing poor and affecting her quality of life. A home visit appointment was easily arranged as mom wasn't up to traveling anywhere due to her recent stroke. Kully who came to us was fantastic, putting my mom at ease and fully explaining what she was going to do. She quickly removed a large amount of wax which instantly made moms hearing a hundred times better. After which she checked the ear drums for infection etc and also checked the hearing aids for good operation. Mom is really over the moon now and getting the full benefit from her hearing aids. Can't thank Kully enough for the efficient and friendly service we received. Have booked another appointment for 6 months time. Just to add we've had Kully come to do my mom's ear wax removal several times now and wouldn't use anyone else. Thank again. Excellent.
