I originally had my kitchen worktops done here and later returned for an additional piece (not even a full slab). Unfortunately, the quote I received for the extra work was significantly higher than expected.
I was advised that the price had increased as an off-cut was no longer available and would need to be sourced externally, with a quote of over £1,200 + VAT. I was also told alternative designs might need to be considered depending on what off-cuts could be found.
I eventually contacted LSD Stone in Wembley directly and was able to have a full slab supplied, templated, fabricated and installed at a more reasonable price, with a much smoother overall process. 3-5 days in total.
Based on that experience, I chose to proceed elsewhere. This was disappointing as a returning customer.
If youre getting your worktops via howdens, wren, ikea etc THEN STOP. We bought our amazing quartz worktops through classy stone and couldn't happier. Lots of samples in the shop. We decided on one and we're sent images of the full size piece and also a current install which used the same quartz and so we knew it was perfect. Eman in the shop was super helpful and gave us a quick quote. As soon as our kitchen was ready they were out within a few days to make the template and then a week later it was installed within 4 hours. It's gorgeous and smart and done so well at half of the price of what howdens quoted us!!!! Highly recommend. Great local store. We're happy 😊 even got a chopping board for free with same quartz. Nice touch. Thank you.
We had a great experience with Classy Stone. They removed our existing worktop and tiles and installed a new quartz worktop and splashback, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

Templating was completed on a Monday by Ahmed, who was punctual, professional, and meticulous. By Friday yes, the same week everything was installed. The speed and quality were unbelievable.

I chose Classy Stone over other bigger companies as I wanted a company who was also willing to remove my old worktops to avoid me having a time without any.
