Stephanie was very supportive throughout the whole process I would highly recommend her to anyone for her expertise. Over i was very happy with the out come. I am writing to formally inform you of an extremely troubling experience I had with one of your attorneys, Steven Wojciechowski. His conduct toward me was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and—in my opinion—crossed ethical boundaries.
Steven attempted to pressure and intimidate me into accepting a settlement on behalf of his family friend (your client) after she rear-ended my brand-new vehicle in traffic. She mistakenly hit the gas instead of the brakes and slammed into the back of my car. (I have video of the accident) Despite being 100% the victim, I tried to be compassionate and handle this privately without involving the police or insurance. The older women asked me not to go through them. I genuinely believed I was helping an older woman who appeared to need a break in life.
Instead, two weeks later I received a letter from Steven instructing me not to contact his client. I was shocked and blindsided. My stress and frustration immediately escalated—I’m the victim, yet suddenly I’m the one being contacted by an attorney issuing demands and pressure.
When we spoke, Steven repeatedly pushed me to “take the deal” because it was “the right thing to do.” I told him multiple times that I did not agree to his offer, yet he continued insisting, to the point where I felt directly threatened. If there was ever a “right thing to do,” it would have been contacting the police the very moment this happened. I tried to do something kind, and that kindness was taken advantage of.
And to make matters worse, Steven first offered a settlement, then withdrew it—something that only further highlights how unprofessional this situation has been handled from the very beginning.
This entire experience has been unacceptable. No victim should be treated this way simply because your attorney knows the other party personally.
I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate state ethics board regarding Steven’s conduct and the way this matter was handled. I will also be calling your firm directly today to report this incident.
I expect accountability, and I hope your firm takes this situation seriously.

Mr. Dyer has never been a customer nor client of ours and it is only his conduct that is troubling. We represent a mother of 10 children whose husband, after carrying a struggling woman down the South Tower stairwell on 9/11, became disabled from the experience and the family has been suffering from financial challenges as a result. Our client tapped the rear of Mr. Dyer's vehicle at a stop light, with barely any damage to his fender. Since then Mr. Dyer had been attempting to intimidate the mother with relentless texts and calls into paying a grossly inflated property damage estimate which included unnecessary work on his vehicle unrelated to the bump. We stepped in on a pro bono basis to stop Mr. Dyer from bullying our client. Mr. Dyer has never been a client of our law firm and his ranting review, which is replete with defamatory falsehoods, is born out of his frustration with no longer being able to bully our client. So pretty much we wear this review as a badge of honor.
I’m extremely lucky that I picked Clark Law firm to represent me. My car was totaled, my back and neck were the most affected, and I had to get medical treatment.
