Very happy with work carried out on my boiler and radiators. Clarke’s gas communication skills have been prompt at arranging visits and also informing when the engineer is on their way. The engineer was a very tidy worker and very polite. First class service, would recommend.

Excellent, friendly, great help and advice. We phoned with an issue, the operator asked a few questions, looked at some photos we forwarded, then advised us that an engineer would call within an hour. James arrived in 45 minutes and very quickly sorted the problem.

We had a new Tado thermostat installed on our central heating. The work was done professionally and James was helpful and friendly. As a whole the staff at Clarks Gas are always professional and accommodating. They were happy to delay the work by a number of weeks as I had been in hospital, and they were happy to fit in around my circumstances.

James Sibley, assisted by his apprentice, Pete did a diagnosis of my emergency leak problem and subsequently installed a replacement hot water cylinder. A very neat job which overcame some previous installation non-compliance. Thank you for good job!

Took afternoon off work as waiting for boiler service between 12-16.30. Received a phone call at 16.15 to say they would not be coming .
Going back to British Gas ... maybe a bit more pricier but more reliable. Only positive was they called to let me know ... with 15 mins to spare

Following a stay in hospital I came home to find that I had no hot water. I called Clare who managed to arrange a visit for me the very next day. Engineer David arrived on time and soon had the problem fixed - can't ask for a better service - thank you
