A very professional service with a genuine assessment of our needs with clear recommendations. The friendly installation team worked very hard and took care not to disrupt the house and answered any questions, taking time to explain the procedures.

Such brilliant heating engineers - they know their stuff, set straight to work and are just incredibly competent at what they do! We have used Clarkes for many years and are consistently impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. Communication is slick and booking and invoicing easy. Our boiler care is literally the most hassle-free element of our long list of house management chores! Highly recommended.

Have always received great service from this company, we have just had a New radiator fitted to suit our needs, and with some good advice from CGS, they also arranged to have the radiator "wrapped" to match our decorations ! Wonderful job ! Thank you.

Very happy with work carried out on my boiler and radiators. Clarke’s gas communication skills have been prompt at arranging visits and also informing when the engineer is on their way. The engineer was a very tidy worker and very polite. First class service, would recommend.

Excellent, friendly, great help and advice. We phoned with an issue, the operator asked a few questions, looked at some photos we forwarded, then advised us that an engineer would call within an hour. James arrived in 45 minutes and very quickly sorted the problem.

We had a new Tado thermostat installed on our central heating. The work was done professionally and James was helpful and friendly. As a whole the staff at Clarks Gas are always professional and accommodating. They were happy to delay the work by a number of weeks as I had been in hospital, and they were happy to fit in around my circumstances.

What a delight it is to once again be dealing with a company big enough to offer the services I need, but small enough to still feel like a 'family firm'. A great experience all round and a good example companies could learn from. Honest from the word go, fast, reliable and reactive. Everything sorted out within a few days, nothing billed until the work was completed and not the usual I’ll charge you £100 just to step through the door ! Great service. Thanks to all involved. Have full confidence that this company can be relied on. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Another Boiler service done by the Gentlemen at Clarke's Gas Services. The plumbing side was great renewing an older part etc, but its not just that, its the all round organised service from in house to quote, job done invoice by return, of course. James Sibley, assisted by his apprentice, Pete did a diagnosis of my emergency leak problem and subsequently installed a replacement hot water cylinder. A very neat job which overcame some previous installation non-compliance. Thank you for good job!

Took afternoon off work as waiting for boiler service between 12-16.30. Received a phone call at 16.15 to say they would not be coming . Going back to British Gas ... maybe a bit more pricier but more reliable. Only positive was they called to let me know ... with 15 mins to spare

As I’m sure you can appreciate the winter period is our busy season and unfortunately although we programme work to fill the days up for our engineers sometimes situations happen that are beyond our control that means on the odd occasion we have to reschedule. The reason why you were contacted so late in the day was that the job prior to you needed longer than we had anticipated. As you have already stated we don’t leave people hanging we always contact our clients to them know what’s happening. Once again please accept my apologies for today

Following a stay in hospital I came home to find that I had no hot water. I called Clare who managed to arrange a visit for me the very next day. Engineer David arrived on time and soon had the problem fixed - can't ask for a better service - thank you
