We can honestly say Claire is absolutely incredible and we cannot recommend Claire enough. We had the pleasure of watching Claire marry two of our best friends before it was our turn to be married and both as guests and as bride & groom, the ceremonies were fantastic. Claire tailored our ceremony exactly to the vibe that we wanted and it was full of beautifully funny and sweet moments, more than we could have asked for! 100% would recommend.

We were thrilled to book Claire for our wedding in October 2023. I think it's important to find a celebrant who match your values and humour. Claire puts so much thought into her writing, and her wit perfectly balanced the sentimentality of the ceremony. I may be biased, but it's the most fun I've had during a wedding ceremony. We laughed as much as we cried (and I cried a lot). Could not recommend Claire more.

I've been working in the wedding industry as a planner for almost a decade, in that time I've worked with and met A LOT of celebrants/officiants and can say hands down I highly recommend Claire. Don't believe me, I'll prove it then - my husband & I recently celebrated 10 years of marriage and decided to renew our vows and we asked Claire to do the ceremony for us. We laughed, we cried and above all we had fun... Claire is truly fantastic at what she does. Claire was our celebrant at our elopement. She was utterly unfazed by a gay wedding, our choice of sticky rock venue, or our mad witnesses. Claire leaned in to every aspect of the day with gusto, and I can honestly say made it ten times better with her humour, support and excellent ability to do shots. So many of our guests commented on how great she was - her storytelling and her ability to make everyone feel relaxed and part of the day. She struck the right balance between humour and sincerity that kept everyone engaged from start to finish.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always responded quickly (even to my probably-endless messages in the run-up to the wedding).

Claire married us one month ago today after she was recommended to us by a friend. We just wanted to say how much we appreciated the thought and detail that went into putting such a beautiful ceremony together.
We had two meetings with Claire as well as continued back and forth contact to confirm details and clarify things including specifics of the hand fasting, quaich etc. Claire had us answer some questions and after sending our answers she wrote a beautiful ceremony which was sent to us before the big day. We were also asked what kind of style we wanted to go for on the day. It felt like we could do whatever we liked but also Claire was able to give it all structure and was there to provide support when figuring out what we wanted. She's also done lots of weddings so knows what works and what doesn't!
For the ceremony itself - we laughed and cried and it was exactly what we had envisaged and more. It felt very personal to us and Claire was on the same (slightly silly) level as us so it worked perfectly. We also received SO many compliments on the ceremony - most people said they had never been to such a relaxed and personal ceremony and it really set the tone for the whole day. There was a lot of sniffling in the crowd as well as riotous laughter which is so hard to get right.
She told our story so beautifully with humour and really took the time to read the (long) documents we both sent! Despite the humour, Claire also brings a gravity to what is a very important day.
Thank you for setting the bar so high - you are such a pro. Don't hesitate in booking Claire if you are looking for a more relaxed and funny ceremony rather than the stuffy ones you sometimes see. Thank you for everything!!!

We honestly could not recommend Claire enough. I have followed Claire on Instagram for years and she was the first supplier I knew I wanted to have at my wedding, even before I got married - weird I know! She's just hilarious and you can tell how much she gets to know every couple that she marries.
Our initial introductory meetings were so useful to make sure both us (and Claire!) thought each other were sound, can very much confirm we did. She just totally got us and bought into our weirdness and sarcasm which was perfect. Claire also kept us right about what would work in the ceremony which made us so confident as to how much of a pro she was.
We then met closer to the time to craft the ceremony. This involved a bit of homework which we definitely needed nudged on but actually was so nice to do and really helped us put into words what our relationship and marriage meant to us. Getting sent the ceremony beforehand really helped to know what to expect on the day and had us in stitches even just reading it.
On the day Claire was perfect at wrangling our guests and keeping us calm and in control before the ceremony. She set the tone perfectly for the whole wedding and was not phased by anything - even when our dog barked during our vows.
Our guests still talk about how relaxed, perfect and sentimental our ceremony was and that is hands down thanks to Claire. So thank you again Claire for making our day so special, doing the legal bit (kind of the point of a brilliantly fun day I suppose!) and being the most perfect celebrant we could've asked for.

Claire was an absolute dream from the very first time we met her. So down to earth and funny, we knew she would fit perfectly in our wedding. Got the measure of our reader within 2 seconds of meeting him! Although everything was planned our whole ceremony felt laid back and she made sure everyone felt included. All of our guests said she was amazing and that it was one of the best ceremonies they'd been to. If you want someone who is funny, spontaneous and down to earth then Claire is your woman. She did our wedding in September and she really set the tone for our day, which was a laugh from start to finish.
