I can’t say enough good things about Claims Nation Public Adjusters Inc. They took what felt like a losing battle against my insurance company and turned it into a win. My house got hit hard with water damage, leaving me with a mess and a huge headache. The insurance company kept shutting down my claims, dragging things out, and throwing out lowball offers that wouldn’t even cover half the repairs. Claims Nation delivered everything they said they would. They handled paperwork, phone calls, negotiations, etc. They even uncovered deceit at the management level of the insurance company which were continually denying claims forcing them to reassign my case. They also spotted coverage areas the insurer was was excluding. This was way more than I could’ve managed on my own. Between owning my own businesses and my daily life, I didn’t have the time, know-how, or energy to fight a massive insurance company. Claims Nation was professional, kept me in the loop, and fought to get the funds to rebuild. I highly recommend and am truly grateful for their help. William Everitt

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We cannot recommend Jose and Rosey enough! After a stressful water loss in our home, they stepped in and handled everything with incredible professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks to their expertise, not only did our insurance cover the damage, but we also received more than we expected to fully restore our space. They kept us informed every step of the way and truly advocated for our best interests. I have always been told that public adjusters were a scam, but this company proved me wrong! Within this passed fire season I noticed a lot of debris filling my home and affecting my day to day life. I notified my insurance company which then sent someone out to inspect. They had told me everything was fine and to let the house air out on its own.. it didn’t work! I seen a post about this company on facebook and figured I would give it a shot. They quickly responded and came out to inspect my house. They took some pictures & and documented my situation. Jose was god sent when it came to my claim! I was unfortunate enough to be dealing with issues with my insurance provider as they were not covering my entire claim. Only majorly affected areas, but leaving the minor areas untouched which still affected my living conditions. Jose overheard me complaining about my insurance in public and offered his help. Within short notice he came out and inspected my house. He assured me that the claim was not properly handled and he would assist me. Within only a few weeks my claim was FULLY dealt with and my home habitable to its normal condition. To anyone dealing with insurance claims, I would hands down recommend contacting Claims Nations!

So, I recently became a homeowner, which to me is what the american dream is all about. I knew from the start that when issues a rise I would be the one fixing it, which I had no problems with since I like diy projects that keep me busy!! And who doesn’t like satisfaction of completing a project. When I purchased my place I got insurance for emergency only. I really did not think that I would need it. Boy, having insurance is a damned if you do and damned if you don’t.. I had an old pipe bust and called them. guess what the insurance co tried to do? low ball me my money!!! that us when i called Claims Nation, not only did they get me my money I deserved, but put me up in a nice mansion like style vacation home!!!
