Excellent product and exceptional customer service. We contacted them directly because we were having trouble finding Claddagh watches in retail stores (we learned you have to buy direct). We worked with Stuart on selecting the best pieces for us. We planned on purchasing one watch, but ended up selecting three after his very thorough consultation. The product is excellent and we are really happy with the quality. We will be ordering from him in the future.

I purchased a watch as a birthday gift for my son. It's beautiful and he loved it! While the watch was on backorder, Stuart was very responsive via phone and email and kept me updated on its status. I was so happy to find a watch which comes from Ireland to connect with my Irish roots, the feature of the Claddagh symbol is awesome. The quality of everything on the watch is outstanding from the shopping experience on the site, the watch, packaging and the customer service was exceptional when I called with some questions (Nice to speak to a real person, some bigger companies could take a lesson from this small business). I can see the inner mechanical workings and the detail on the rotor is really high end. I've had the watch for over 1 year now and never had any issue with it. Happy to reccomend to anyone thinking of making a purchase.
