Since this company have taken over the management of our apartment complex in the past year they won’t communicate only by email, have owners cars clapped and stressed owners who are cancer patients who have lived in the complex for 24 years and never have been treated so badly, total disregard for owners .

Very poor communication. I have contacted them four times now about a property and have still to hear back. I have contacted the agent Dei specifically and have heard nothing. Twice by phone and twice by email. To make things worse she is constantly spamming my email with “How to find your perfect home” automated emails. Buying a home is stressful enough as is, without having to chase estate agents for answers to a very simple question (when is the next viewing and are there any offers on the property).
