My sister, visiting from WA, needed a new phone battery ASAP. Cityphones did this in an hour at a good price, plus supplied her with a nice case and screen protector, also a good prices. I was impressed enough to get a screen protector at the same time. I was pleased to get the screen protector expertly fitted.

Very friendly and experienced staff Samsung directed me to this store as an authorised repairer as I lost an ear bud Left my other ear bud and case. When the part came in, they paired it. So when I went to pick it up, it was seamless Thank you guys so much, such an easy process. Not to mention fast service too, left after hours on Friday (as they are open late), part came in Tuesday. Sorted
