Incredible service!
I was having a lot of issues with my Apple Watch and it ended up being unrepairable. The team bought me a completely new watch without any extra charge to what they initially quoted me. I was blown away by their kindness and wonderful customer service and I’m very grateful!

I had an excellent experience with Kirat at CityPhones when I brought my Samsung phone in for a faulty screen repair. From start to finish, Kirat was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. Don’t go here, I paid $200+ to get my phone screen fixed, I left the store and the screen started blacking out again but even worse this time. When I returned to explain my problem shop owner simply said, just restart it every time it blanks but it needs to be connected to a charger to do this. This is not a solution. He seemed uninterested in helping. I left the shop and my phone was broken again within the first 20 minutes.
Went to Repair Buddy to fix issue. They found part of the motherboard must’ve been damaged when it was getting fixed. They actually fixed it. Wish I went here first.
