They will support you throughout your entire stay in Madrid, helping with everything related to housing, social events, useful information, and many other aspects of student and expat life. You can always count on them whenever you need assistance.
I personally had a housing-related issue, and Jo from City Life Madrid helped me promptly and professionally. His support was incredibly valuable and made the whole situation much easier to handle.
I also booked my transportation card (Tarjeta de Transporte) through them, and the process was smooth and hassle-free.
The whole team is friendly, reliable, and always willing to help. I highly recommend City Life Madrid to anyone moving to Madrid.

The Citylife Madrid Morocco Trip was probably one of the best, if not best trip I’ve ever been on. It was so incredibly fun and fulfilling. The people you meet, the experiences you have, the food you try, everything was amazing. I’ve made memories on this trip that I will cherish forever! Adam, who led the group, was wonderful. He was so very caring of everybody, always making sure everyone was having a great time, and his energy was awesome. You will explore so much and it will be exhausting but in the best possible way. I 1000% recommend this trip! And thank you Adam again!

A Great Day Out with CityLife Madrid! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently went on the canyoning trip to Cuenca with CityLife Madrid and honestly cannot recommend it enough — it was an absolute blast from start to finish!
A huge shoutout has to go to our tour guide Adam, who was hands down one of the best guides I’ve ever had. He was hilarious, incredibly welcoming, and made everyone feel so comfortable right away — it genuinely felt like we’d all known him for years. He really made the trip what it was!
The canyoning itself was so much fun — both my companion and I were absolutely buzzing the whole time. On top of that, we got to explore a little of beautiful Cuenca, which was a lovely bonus to the day.
For the price, the value is outstanding. You get so much out of this trip, and it doesn’t stop when the canyoning does! There are brilliant opportunities to socialise afterwards — think disco nights and salsa dancing classes alongside people from the trip and beyond. A perfect way to keep the good vibes going!
If you’re looking for a fun, friendly, and memorable adventure, look no further. I’d recommend this trip to absolutely anyone visiting Madrid.
Onboarding en un MBA y de las peores experiencias (me atendio Teddy). En resumen inutil / innecesario total si hablas español (porque ni coordinar una cita pueden). Todas las citas me las termine agendando yo misma. Por las opciones de piso me enviaba opciones de mitad de espacio por el doble de alquier presupuestado. Finalemte consegui mis tramites y piso por mi cuenta ya que esta persona nunca me ayudo. Si hablas español (o no), jamas recomedable esta qgencia

Absolutely loved the canyoning tour to Cuenca. Adam was an incredible tour guide, so funny and helpful. The city Cuenca was beautiful and Adam gave some great recommendations for places to eat. The canyoning was such a rush and absolutely stunning. Would recommend this trip to anyone because it was such a fun experience
Didn’t know what to expect going into this guided group trip, but it was better than I could have possibly imagined. Adam absolutely made the trip. He was extremely high spirited, connected with each individual, and was very accommodating to everyone. He made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. Adam was so so funny and a perfect coordinator. Couldn’t have been a better experience. I can’t recommend this program enough.
Cuenca Trip:
Un Daytrip muy bien organizado! Había tiempo suficiente para pasear y comer por Cuenca, el que el viaje era en bus también me resultó súper práctico! La experiencia en el río fue segura y muy divertida, lamentablemente el tiempo en el aqua pasó demasiado rápido. Quizás el precio es un poco caro para estudiantes, pero ha valido la pena!
The trip is very well organized and in just a few days we got to see many different places. Also Adam , our guide, was absolutely amazing ! Full of energy, lovely to be around and always making sure that everything was going well and making sure that we were all good . I would definitely advise this trip , it was an amazing experience

We had an amazing trip to eastern Morocco. We explored the medina in Fez, visited the tannery, and had a really nice authentic local meal in the old city.
The highlight was definitely the Sahara Desert. The drive from Fez is long, but it was comfortable and really scenic, passing through places like Ifrane with great views along the way.
In the desert, we did quad biking, camel riding, and sandboarding, and stayed overnight in well-equipped tents. Everything was super well organized, so we could just relax and enjoy it.
On the last day, we also visited some Roman ruins, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, it was a great trip, very well organized and made even better by our amazing guide Adam and our driver Abdel. Would definitely do it again with them.

Had an absolute blast In Morocco. My tour guide Adam was the greatest person I think I have ever met. Everything was planned out beautifully, I got to see a bunch of cool stuff, accommodations were great, restaurants were stopped at were even better. 11/10 would recommend. I cry tears of joy when I think about my experience.
