We had a great experience with City Circle Coaches. The customer service team was always helpful and quick to respond, which made the planning process smooth. A special mention to our driver, Sarah, who was fantastic. She even acted as a bit of a tour guide on the way to the hotel, sharing interesting historical facts and insights, it really added to the experience. Overall, a very positive experience and we would definitely use them again.

Driver held traffic for an hour, illegally parked on double yellow lines and bus stop in Paddington, London, created huge jam both sids of the road. Maybe get him to read Highway Code? Licence YN25 XGG

Great Service and Professional We used this City Circle UK coach company for an event at a racecourse and the service was impeccable from start to finish. Communication from the booking team was excellent, with a special mention to Tina, who was particularly helpful and responsive. The drivers, Sarah and Gary were very polite, professional, and ensured everything ran smoothly on the day. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them

We used this coach service recently and were very pleased overall. The office team responded quickly to our enquiries, and the coaches arrived on time. The condition of the coaches was excellent — clean, comfortable, and definitely 5-star quality. Across our trip, we had 3–4 different drivers. Most of them were very friendly, drove safely, and proactively offered help with luggage, which we really appreciated. Only one driver did not offer help, but the others more than made up for it with their initiative and professionalism. A reliable and safe service that I would be happy to recommend.
