So happy with the service provided by Consider It Done. We have a small cafe and had a pipe emergency this morning that stopped business. I called Consider It Done and they had someone here in under half an hour. Chris was on top of it immediately, super kind and clear about our options. He didn't try to talk us into spending the maximum amount of money. I did not feel hustled at all. I felt taken care of, and now I know what our options are for these pipes in the future. Within an hour of the emergency, everything was resolved and we can continue doing business. It feels like a miracle. This was my first time calling CID and they are now saved in my phone and will be our plumber going forward. Highly recommend! Oh, and the cost was totally reasonable!

CID were responsive, transparent, and did good work. They clearly laid out my options and the associated costs. While all plumbing kind of feels expensive, the costs seemed relatively reasonable for a fully insured plumbing company (which I needed per my building requirements) and was in the middle range of the estimates I received. Also the guys that did the work were super nice and friendly. I’d use them again in the future.

Best experience with a plumber I’ve had in NYC. Last night my shower was leaking water into the downstairs neighbor’s apartment. They came the next morning. Didn’t overcharge me or come up with hidden or surprise fees. Reasonably priced!

The coordination from start to finish from Mackenzie was fantastic. I called in with a leaking water heater midday Sunday (non-emergency but needed to be fixed within the week) and the team was ready to go first thing Monday. Iggy, Chris, and Adan were exceptional in working in a tight utility closet space to replace my water heater (that was suspended 6 feet in the air from the ceiling) in my apartment. Mackenzie was prompt in sending the invoice to me a few hours after the job was completed. Her communication was excellent around timing of the teams arrival as well. Highly recommended!
