Kyle, Jerry, and the whole crew at C.I.D Plumbing were awesome. They came back to help us with our back entry flooding issue and their solution and build out turned out wonderfully AGAIN! They installed a zipper drain, two hose faucets, and a pump with discharge pipes that were tucked away perfectly in our space. Not only that, they finished the job quickly and with high quality. I really appreciated their knowledge on solutions that worked for our specific layout and issue, and they were dedicated to do the job right and left us with a perfect result (and no more flooding!)

CID are true professionals. We had a challenging sink replacement and new faucet installation and they were prompt, attentive, reasonably priced and completed the job. The installation was made even harder due to a manufacturer error and a faucet-kit missing parts (twice). But Chris and the team were undeterred and came back three times to ensure everything was installed correctly, and we now have an amazing new single basin undermount sink and pull down faucet. We recommend using CID for any plumbing needs and will use them again ourselves.

So happy with the service provided by Consider It Done. We have a small cafe and had a pipe emergency this morning that stopped business. I called Consider It Done and they had someone here in under half an hour. Chris was on top of it immediately, super kind and clear about our options. CID were responsive, transparent, and did good work. They clearly laid out my options and the associated costs. While all plumbing kind of feels expensive, the costs seemed relatively reasonable for a fully insured plumbing company (which I needed per my building requirements) and was in the middle range of the estimates I received. Also the guys that did the work were super nice and friendly. I’d use them again in the future.

This review is long overdue but wow, I’m so happy I came across this plumbing company. First- Mackenzie, who helped me over the phone, is an angel! So friendly, so informative, so empathetic, esp compared to the other plumbing companies I called. She actually sold me on using the company.
Then Ignacio- oh my goodness, what we went through. He helped me replace the wax seal on the toilet that had previously been damaged from our contractor. Because of that damage, we had an opening into the pipe, and because of that we had been having “water bug” issues for months that we couldn’t figure out. It had been an absolute nightmare and we couldn’t figure out the source. Even two exterminators couldn’t nail it down. Then we started to smell sewage and from tons of research I figured out it could be the wax ring. So I started my search for a plumber. I won’t go into details but when Ignacio came and lifted up the toilet, it was like a portal to roach hell opened up. Apparently the disgusting water leaking out had created a nice environment for them to nest in. I cannot tell you the amount of screaming, cursing, and crying that happened as I was with him. Ignacio kept his cool thankfully, even though I’m sure he was thoroughly hating life at that moment too! We cleaned things up together, he sealed things off, and the problem has been solved!!
I think I took so long to write this review bc I didn’t want to even think about what I saw that day haha. I literally told Ignacio that I loved him, THAT is how thankful I was for his help that day! And I’m STILL thankful bc the problem is gone (and that day was insane. We both wished we had a camera on us that day. It would have went viral)
Professional, compassionate, and respectful from start to finish. Cannot recommend them enough.

Incredibly professional and killer operations. I called and spoke to a lovely human (Jerry) and then filled out a form and booked an appt the following morning at 8 AM.
Chris and Iggy text me when they were on their way, they were on time and professional!
I had an issue where the pipe under my kitchen sink was too low. I have a slide drawer, not cabinet doors so stuff under the sink kept bumping into the pipes which eventually ended up knocking it off, causing a leak. They replaced the pipes and raised the problem pipe so now everything fits and the drawer shuts seamlessly!
