He even offered some advice to the guys that my building manager brought in too just so that we would be well taken care of! If you need a plumber in Brooklyn this is where you go!!!

Jerry saved us hundreds with a quick phone consult, he was professional and easy to communicate with. The quote for the service was reasonable and fixed not BS. They offered to come within 3 hours. I’ll have to update with details later but we went from the responsibility being put on us by building management to it being recognized as not stemming from our apartment. The management company is now (hopefully we think) going to cover it and we will (hopefully we think) not have to pay out of pocket. Unfortunately they use their own company we don’t get to pick, if I did I would definitely be using CID so please use their company and make up for the business we couldn’t give them! If I have any updates I will post those but otherwise please check them out!

Jerry and CID were very helpful. We’re moving into a new apartment and he was available to talk me through our issues when I was worried that something may have been off. I’m going to hire them to sign off on the apartments plumbing and make sure the water gets as hot as it should. It’s great to have a plumber who is trustworthy and reliable in NYC.

My experience with consider it done plumbing was phenomenal. I had an issue with my sump pump and Chris offered as much assistance over the phone as he could, instructing me to send photos and walking me through how to test it out. I decided to have it replaced. Iggy and Adan did the job perfectly. They were very kind and professional and explained things to me very well, showing me how to access the float, testing it infront of me, etc. They also kept the area clean which I also really appreciated. Not only that, I was having an issue with my kitchen faucet not having hot water and they fixed it free of charge. They truly went above and beyond and earned a customer for life.

I ordered an automatic toto toilet, and they sent over 2 guys to install it. It took way longer than expected because some of the parts didn't match up with my system. But they were able to problem solve quickly and got the job done. Fantastic workers and super super nice on top of all of that. would 100% hire again.

Kyle, Jerry, and the whole crew at C.I.D Plumbing were awesome. They came back to help us with our back entry flooding issue and their solution and build out turned out wonderfully AGAIN! They installed a zipper drain, two hose faucets, and a pump with discharge pipes that were tucked away perfectly in our space. Not only that, they finished the job quickly and with high quality. I really appreciated their knowledge on solutions that worked for our specific layout and issue, and they were dedicated to do the job right and left us with a perfect result (and no more flooding!) CID are true professionals. We had a challenging sink replacement and new faucet installation and they were prompt, attentive, reasonably priced and completed the job. The installation was made even harder due to a manufacturer error and a faucet-kit missing parts (twice). But Chris and the team were undeterred and came back three times to ensure everything was installed correctly, and we now have an amazing new single basin undermount sink and pull down faucet. We recommend using CID for any plumbing needs and will use them again ourselves.

So happy with the service provided by Consider It Done. We have a small cafe and had a pipe emergency this morning that stopped business. I called Consider It Done and they had someone here in under half an hour. Chris was on top of it immediately, super kind and clear about our options. He didn't try to talk us into spending the maximum amount of money. I did not feel hustled at all. I felt taken care of, and now I know what our options are for these pipes in the future. Within an hour of the emergency, everything was resolved and we can continue doing business. It feels like a miracle. This was my first time calling CID and they are now saved in my phone and will be our plumber going forward. Highly recommend! Oh, and the cost was totally reasonable!

CID were responsive, transparent, and did good work. They clearly laid out my options and the associated costs. While all plumbing kind of feels expensive, the costs seemed relatively reasonable for a fully insured plumbing company (which I needed per my building requirements) and was in the middle range of the estimates I received. Also the guys that did the work were super nice and friendly. I’d use them again in the future.
