We have used this law firm in the past and were thoroughly happy with their service. However, in using them with this recent transaction, although they got the job done, I felt that our paralegal that was assigned to our case lacked the sensitivity to deal with us in a professional manner. Buying and selling a home can be extremely stressful and instead of helping to alleviate some of the anxiety, she added to it with what I felt was a passive/aggressive attitude. Because I have used Gillman, Bruton & Capone in the past with positive results, I would use them again but would request a different paralegal.

Noelle Battle was my mother's attorney for the recent sale of her house and she was amazing. Ms. Battle was poised and professional, throughout, dealing with difficult buyers and a nervous seller. She held my mother's hand throughout the process, never losing patience and easing her worries about the unpredictability of home sales. I cannot stress enough the comfort both my mother and I got from knowing Ms. Battle was in our corner and that every decision she made had my mother's best interest in mind. She was communicative, easy to reach, and always thinking preemptively. When the sale almost fell through days from closing, she thought outside the box to keep the buyers from bailing out.  I cannot recommend her enough.
