Saw the sign "Walk-ins welcome", waited for 20 mins with my two boys. When we were finally greeted, we were told no availabilty for a further hour. Dissappointed.

To clarify, our walk-in sign had already been brought inside as we had reached maximum capacity for the day. It appears there may have been some confusion as the sign was visible in our hallway rather than outside the premises. We appreciate that waiting with your two boys for 20 minutes only to discover there would be a further wait was frustrating. We always do our best to accommodate walk-in customers, but on busy days there can unfortunately be times when demand exceeds our availability.
