We have many older members, so the electronic check in and other features are not being used to their potential. Not an issue with the program. Streamlines Church Events and Volunteer Coordination, Though Setup Takes Work I like having all our events organized in one place and being able to automatically send reminders by email and push notification. ChMeetings helps me organize our children’s ministry team, make plans, and coordinate with volunteers. I appreciate the push notifications, member database, and volunteer management. It’s a game changer to have information live in the app instead of in one person’s head. Having one subscription fee for everything ChMeetings offers is incredible, and I’m glad they continue to make updates. I’m still discovering new things the more I use it. I think there's additional user experience to add to the overall interface. With so much offered in one app, it can be hard to navigate everything when first starting out, and I'm still discovering new things the more I use it. I probably should have scheduled a demo, even though I consider myself tech savvy. Since I was doing the admin work by myself, the initial setup was definitely a large undertaking, though it was still feasible to do things manually for our small church. I use ChMeetings to keep all our church events in one place and automatically send reminders by email and push notification. It helps me organize our children’s ministry team, plan with volunteers, and keep information in the app instead of in one person’s head.

Versatile, Easy to Use, and Affordable It is versatile, easy to use and affordable. The only downside I've found was creating a signup sheet for multiple days with multiple time slots that the same people could sign up for more than once on the same day, but the company is constantly doing updates and was working on making the program do that as well. It has been helpful for me to know when I last visited a church member, for deacons to take attendance, for automated sign up for working our fireworks stand, and for sending emails and text to only the people they are meant for.

Simple, Budget-Friendly, and Volunteer-Proof for Our Church It is simple and relatively straightforward. I have 80 and 90-year-old members using the mobile app. It has enabled the church that runs on a high volume of volunteers to automate tasks. The ChMeetings staff is responsive. It is budget-friendly. I would like there to be better reporting. It's there but you get it in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. I would like to make custom reports more visual. Bang for your buck Overall: Love it!! It’s easy to use for everyone, updates come regularly keeping the account working in great conditions. Pros: User friendly..being able to send out blast notifications to whom needs to see it.. member and public view to keep private things hidden to just active members…cost less then other sites but received more features..haven’t had a need to reach out to the support team other than when setting up the app which the response time was great. Cons: Only con would be the limited file upload for push notifications, so some of the images we try to upload with push notifications we can’t do then we have to send the message in the group chats instead.

The mobile app is amazing and having it available to every congregant has been vital for communication. It doesn't alienate our seniors; they feel just as connected and can navigate the system with ease. The initial setup of ChMeetings was super easy. We are still working out some kinks with our children's church ministry. Signing the children in and out without creating a new profile for them each time can be a bit of an issue. It would be great if there was simply a sign in/sign out platform or database that stores each child and the parent they're connected to. ChMeetings alleviates our communication challenges and is vital for our congregation's members. It’s user-friendly for both young and old, ensuring no one feels left out. Chmeetings Keeps Our Church Organized with Easy Updates and Top-Notch Support Before using Chmeetings, my church was relying on Excel and Google Sheets. Chmeetings made it easy to keep all of our information in one place. It’s also simple to update member profiles and track attendance using the reports feature. I also like that, for bulk updates, I can just import the information after filling out the provided template. In addition, I can get birthday and anniversary reminders for members, and I can easily communicate using the text tool. There are also many new and exciting features being added now, such as the forms. I really appreciate this because it allows members to submit updates directly in a place where I can easily track them, and if there’s data that needs to be added to their profile, I can update it without having to enter everything manually, and I can also use this to have member register fornevents instead of having to use 3rd party tools. Its been amazing so far 👏. My church has been using this for about 3 years and I like that theyre always finding ways to improve their service. Customer service is also topnotch. The church administration team has come to rely on chmeetings for keeping track of records, events, and attendance in one database

ChMeetings is a Great CHMS! Recommended for all churches. Overall: Overall I’ve had a positive experience with ChMeetings. It is very menu driven which I like and the menu options are clear. Pros: I think the Worship planning is easy to use. Also, ChMeetings is one of the only CHMS system which has an accounting module. Cons: One of the things I think can be improved is the Songs database section in the new Worship Planning tool. Specifically adding a field for CCLI number and an added bonus would be to integrate with CCLI and Praise Charts (praisecharts.com) to import chord charts.

Chmeetings has it all Overall: So far, amazing. The software is complete and easy to use. We replaced several apps with this one app. The mobile app sets it apart from the competitition. Pros: I like how complete the software is. It replaced 5 different software packages. The software is very intuitive to use. When I have questions, the support is quick and accurate in answering my questions. The software enables us to communicate with member via text, email or push notifications using the mobile app. Cons: No much. The software is very complete. When there is something I don't like, I have submitted a feature request and within weeks to a couple of months, I have seen my requested features get implemented.
