We had the opportunity to work with Jeff Schneider and his team for the recent purchase of our new home. It has been almost 10 years since our last home loan and quite a bit has changed. We were glad to have Jeff on our side from start to closing to guide us through the process. We had numerous questions throughout the process and Jeff was always prompt and courteous both in his email or telephone responses. All questions were answered within the same business day. On one occasion he even responded after hours while attending his child’s soccer practice. He worked closely with our real estate agent; insurance provider and financial planner to make sure all tasks were completed in a timely manner. Jeff was a pleasure to work with.
