Keegan and Nate came out today to do an install on our new Nova 2 Tower. It took them less than half the day, and the stove looks great. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. Nate went over the steps they took for installing the chimney, and Keegan explained the proper operation of the stove before they left. I highly recommend Chimney Doctors for your stove and fireplace needs!

Chimney docs have been absolutely awesome to work with. Trenton showed up on time and quickly got to the bottom of our trouble with our pellet stove. He answered all of our questions and did an informative walkthrough for how to check that the issue doesn't recur. They're local, efficient and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Update 2/19/26-
Nate was just here to install the part to get my old fireplace up and running-great service! He took the time to spread out cotton tarps to protect my carpet, explained how to use the fireplace and when it would need service! This company has been great to work with!
Just had Trenton and his team member here to help with old fireplace from the 2000's. Great customer service-completely explained to me what was not working and showed me pictures etc to help me understand. Very easy to communicate with and showed me how they could help with service for my new fireplace if needed at a later date.

We have used chimney doctors for a new wood stove and cleanings. Recently we moved and now have a pellet stove and Keegan came out tonecause we were having some issues with it. He did a deep cleaning and got everything working well. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Chimney Doctor did a great job fixing my stove that had locked out after the power outage in December. They also cleaned the unit did a great job professionally. Would highly recommend them.

These two men did A thorough inspection of our fireplace. They took the time to show us and explain to us how dangerous our fireplace is at the moment. We have had at least one Chimney fire that we weren’t unaware of although not completely surprised. I would highly recommend Chimney Dr if you want a complete inspection..

Excellent experience all around! Vivian, Crystal and Keegan were my go to people for selection and installation of a gas “wood burning” stove. Phones are answered, visits are prompt/on schedule and the installation professional and clean. Keegan helmed the old stove removal and new installation which was accomplished in a matter of hours including roof and flue pipe work. Particularly impressive was his knowledge of the electronics of the model I selected. He made sure we know how to operate the stove/remote and understood maintenance recommendations. So happy, we had them back the following week for dryer vent clean out for this new house purchase. Apparently hadn’t been cleaned ever from the gobs of lint they removed in the long run of vent pipe. Now no worries for fire in chimney or dryer vent. I can’t recommend these folks highly enough!
