We hired Tony and his crew to finish 2 bathrooms for us that an incompetent contractor had abandoned. They were very professional, arrived early every day to go over everything and made sure we were all on the same page. Great craftsmanship and good people, I could not recommend them enough.
I recently hired Tony to remodel my downstairs bathroom, and I could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Tony’s craftsmanship along with the entire crew, is top-notch, and their professionalism showed in every detail of the work. They truly transformed what was a dilapidated bathroom into a stunning oasis.
Suzanne was a huge help as well. Handling all the communication , directions and scheduling with great efficiency. She was always quick to respond and made sure all of my questions no matter how small were answered thoroughly.

Chima Contracting - Tony and his crew did our recent kitchen renovation and we could not be happier! From start to finish, Suzanne’s communication was clear, prompt and thorough. Almost all of my questions were answered in the start-up paperwork that was sent to me and any necessary revisions were made prior to the project commencing. Tony and Suzanne really made the planning process simple! In addition, both were available to address my questions all throughout the project. Tony has excellent attention-to-detail in his work and never cut corners. I recently had a poor experience with a different contractor and I can say with confidence that Tony made sure things were done the right way. I never felt he was rushing through just to get something done. He and his staff were professional and efficient with the use of their time, working diligently each day. In addition, Tony was on site almost every day and that was very important to me knowing that plans were proceeding as expected. A kitchen renovation is a big undertaking and all of the guys showed up on time each day and were respectful of our home and conscious about keeping any mess contained to the work area. Our project was completed 3 months ago and everything has been great! We love our new kitchen! We’ve already referred Chima Contracting to a relative and will be calling them again for our next project!

Chima Contracting did our kitchen renovation a few months ago. We are happy with the results; everything looks good and works. It took about a month from start to finish. This includes the time that Chima's wasn't there because the countertop installer was doing his part.
This family owned business runs like a well oiled machine. Tony, Gus, Ethan, and Tyler show up on time every day and get the work done. Having two middle aged men and two younger ones was the right amount of manpower and experience.
We worked with the suppliers on Tony's list and I think that made everything run more smoothly.
Tony answers questions at the beginning of the day. Suzanne, Tony's wife, handles scheduling, payment, and general questions. She always replied promptly. I wish more spouses like her were involved in contracting.

Tony and his crew were outstanding. Clear communication, efficient and timely work schedules, and an incredible-looking final product are all highlights.
Two of our friends in our neighborhood recommended Tony, and my family and I are thrilled we used them.

Chima Contracting is a family owned business that provides both excellent customer service and an amazing finished product. My master bathroom was remodeled by Tony and his team. They were professional and friendly and they showed up each day on time and ready to work. They cleaned up each day after working on my bathroom and I am thrilled with the job that they completed in less than two weeks. I will definitely be using Chima Contracting again!

We hired Tony Chima Contracting to convert 2 small, unattractive rooms into a cohesive unit. The job involved the installation of cabinets, new lighting, a new window, radiant floor heating, and ceramic tile flooring. Trim work, electrical work, painting and plumbing were also completed. We received a very detailed estimate that outlined the work to be done and the materials included. All offered for a fair price. Each morning started with a conversation to address any questions we had for Tony or he for us. Tony and his team were hardworking, courteous and attentive - a pleasure to work with. They worked exclusively on our project and finished the work within the given timeframe. We are very happy and satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend them. Tony Chima Contracting can be trusted to deliver a job well done. Oh, and a shout out to Tony’s wife, Suzanne. She was our point of contact throughout the project. Her responsiveness was much appreciated.

Tony and his crew were amazing! We gave them a challenging master bathroom renovation design, and they made it a reality. Tony gave us key recommendations for suppliers (eg, tiles, countertops) with whom he frequently works...and trusts. We had regular check-in points, sometimes multiple times a day, where the crew shared the plan (or options/recommendations) or showed us what they did to ensure our complete satisfaction before proceeding to the next step. Every member of the crew was polite and engaging; courteous and respectful, and very knowledgeable. Appropriate measures were taken to be as non-intrusive as possible and to protect other areas of the house throughout the process. We were especially impressed with the fact that they showed up when promised, were always on time, and cleaned up every day,. They worked exclusively on our project, except while we were away and waiting for cabinets. So, the renovation was completed in a timely fashion. We could not be happier with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Chima Contracting (actually, we already have!). Photos of before, during, and after available on Chima's website--the master bathroom with the glass-enclosed shower/soaking tub combo; 2 vanities with dark cabinetry, including linen towers;; and gorgeous quartz countertops.

By far the best contractor we have ever worked with! Tony and the full team made it easy for me to have my hall bath redone. Showed up on time everyday, cleaned up when they left and were exemplary in their skill set! Suzanne walked me thru every step of the way ! I love my new bath!

First off, Tony and Suzanne are great to work with. Tony promptly came out for an estimate, and Suzanne sent it over identifying the exact scope, AND what we were responsible for in terms of owner provided materials. They had set up 2 wonderful documents including FAQs and how to prepare for the start of work.
Tony, Gus and the crew arrived promptly at 730 each day and finsihed only when they reached a construction-based stopping point (our project was small so the tile, grout and caulking needed some setting time before the next steps could progress). Tony was very helpful in pinches when we needed some additional minor materials and made a couple short trips to pick them up.
The final fit and finish was top notch and came out exactly as we expected and looks wonderful. I will be certainly working with Tony and the crew again for upcoming projects.
Tony and team did an excellent job with the kitchen remodel.They started early and worked efficiently each day to complete the project in the expected time. It was a pleasure working with Suzanne throughout the project. She kept me informed and made sure everything went smoothly.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tony Chima and his crew. We had our master bathroom enlarged and completely renovated. We also had a second bathroom updated. Tony and his crew were completely professional and did beautiful work. They were responsive to all of our questions, showed up on time, and completed our project in the time frame indicated. His price was fair with no unreasonable charges. I highly recommend!

We were so fortunate to have found Tony & his team of professionals. They came (highly!) recommended by a good friend so we reached out for a quote when we decided to start our kitchen/dining room renovations. Right out of the gate, Tony listened to our wants and needs and offered other suggestions we never would have thought of. The estimated cost of projected was what we were hoping to spend and was substantially less than other quotes.
They were on time every day (even after the collapse of I95! I couldn't believe it) and showed up with a smile.
The expected time of the project was met and everything was done beyond our hopes. We are so in love with our new kitchen and dining room, we have the guys coming back to reno our bathroom soon!

Tony remodeled our bathroom from floor to ceiling and did and excellent job. He removed our old bathtub and installed a beautiful shower with tiled walls and glass doors. Tony and his team also replaced a window in the kitchen, installed crown molding in the bedroom and painted and repaired the walls in the dining room and hallway. All work was performed meticulously with care taken at the end of each day to clean up the work area. This is the second time we have used Chima Contracting and the rating has been 5 stars each time. Tony's wife Suzanne was very helpful and understanding when we encountered a scheduling problem. They are both very professional.

Suzanne, Tony and the entire team at Chima Contracting are truly the best. We used them for our basement renovation and we couldn't be happier! Suzanne is an excellent communicator and provides so many updates and details before the projects begin and during the entire process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and completely. Tony and his crew are top notch. They show up ON TIME, every single day. They are very respectful of your home/property. They made sure to clean the bathroom they used at the end of EVERY DAY! They were so friendly and kind to my two young boys that were always curious and wanting to check things out. They were great with both of our dogs and all the chaos they can cause. Their work is very well done, and they stayed on budget (Tony recommended a few suggestions that saved us money) and the project was finished ahead of schedule. I truly cannot recommend them enough. We have a long list of projects that we will be doing with Chima over the coming years.
