Came out Sunday night to diagnose the problem. Shuffled schedule to get here in the morning. They started a test, hopped to another job, confirmed the fix and recharged the system. Pleasant, efficient and shared some knowledge to improve efficiency. As good as possible on a hot day. They have been our contractor since they installed the new unit a decade ago. Use them đ

Scheduling for our winter tune-up was easy, we were kept informed when the technician was arriving. The technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was also efficient and informative letting us know what parts needed to be replaced and about when they would arrive so we could schedule the repair. Having the burners replaced prior to them going out is definitely appreciated with the weather we've had so far this winter.

Kal was awesome. His company installed a new HVAC system for me in June of the year. All was fine until I noticed water coming out of the condensation hose once it started getting cold. I called and Lee called me to say that was normal for the system I have. Last Friday, I came home from work and noticed that my thermostat was set on 69 when I had set it on 74. This is when I called Lee and he told me that that was normal. It was a condensating system fast-forward to Saturday I had no heat at all The condensating pipe by my system outside was frozen so the system just shut down so at that time I called and Lee told me that he would put me on the schedule for Monday. I didnât hear anything in the morning so I called and they set me up with a last-minute Appointment from 2 PM to 6 PM. When kal came by at 630, he had to cut the hose in the furnace room and put it down a drain that was in my furnace room. After he did that, he plugged everything back in turned on the system and my thermostat was working and I got heat. My question to him was if you are aware that a situation like this could happen where the hose froze outside and my system completely shut down why wasnât I Notified that something like this could.happen. I was also disappointed in the installation, which clearly was not done properly. However, Childress fire and ice stood by their warranty and KAL did a great job and he couldnât explain what happened either, but he said he would fix the problem and get back to me

Youâre absolutely correct. Lee did explain the condensate and water related behavior of the system, and when Kal arrived in person- he was able to put a temporary solution in place to restore your heat by rerouting the condensate line.

Kal was very experienced and walked is through the issues with our heat pump and solutions.
