I got a lot of insight in the younger me, that made stupid choices. But I also forgave her and know I have a pink bubble of support.

My intention for the visit was to unlock my self confidence issues. During the session we tackled the problem head on. I found myself to be relieved afterwards. It's as if some weight had been lifted.

I am so glad I took the time for one of Aiden’s rejuvenation sessions because that was exactly what is was. Rejuvenation after a lot of drama and sadness the last few weeks.
