They were very accommodating to my schedule and needs, and their knowledge really showed in the thoughtful design suggestions they offered. On top of all that, their pricing was surprisingly affordable compared to other companies I considered. My new closet looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I can't recommend Chicago Closets enough!!! Jason came out to my house, provided me with a detailed design, and answered all my questions. The quote provided was VERY reasonable, and they scheduled me right away for installation a few weeks later. Yesterday Oscar installed my brand new closet system. Wow! My wife and I could not be happier with our newly reconstructed closets, yes we had two closets redone. From our first meeting with Jason who sat down with us and explained our options to the finished product we were blown away by the professional service we received. Add to the fact that their quoted price was significantly lower than we received from another vendor makes it easy for us to highly recommend Chicago Closets for your next closet project.

Very happy with my experience! They were prompt in coming out to give me the estimates, worked with me on the design, and explained the process clearly. Prices were very reasonable and I loved that they provided 3D examples of what they would look like. The guys showed up on time and what was supposed to be a 2 day project got completed in one. The house had the basic wire shelving and now we have beautiful custom closets in our pantry and bedrooms! Our pantry was oddly shaped and the shelving in there was not functional at all (posted before/after photos) They took an odd use of space and made it super functional with so much more storage! Very happy with how everything looks and excited to have functional closets, and loved working with a local, family owned business vs a national chain.

I absolutely love my new closets from Chicago Closets in Huntley. The experience was great from start to finish. As part of the quote, detailed online layouts are provided which even show 2D and 3D views. The install crew was very polite and did a fantastic job. I love the closets so much, I am getting 4 more done. The maximized storage is such a plus. I've attached one photo where they turned an ordinary clothes closet into a spacious storage area. The shelves can be repositioned for desired varying shelf height. I like that! Two thumbs up from me.

Josh and his team were amazing. I gutted and upgraded three closets and added a wall of tall cabinets. The design process was a lot of fun, and Josh answered all of my questions and gave great advice. Installation was done quickly and everything is beautiful. I will hire Chicago Closets when I gut and renovate my laundry room!

Had some custom built cabinets made for our basement around our fireplace and some floating shelves installed. The first guy they sent out to do the install made 6 holes in my wall that required me to patch and paint myself as he was going to paint over it in a hour which would have ended up looking terrible and required more work on my end. All of the floating shelves were installed poorly and completely un-level. I found it the person they sent out had never even installed floating shelves before. Second team sent out fixed the shelf’s and other damage to the cabinets that was caused by the first guy which he never even mentioned to his bosses mind you. They then proceeded to chip our marble fireplace. We received a small credit off our total bill but the amount of time and materials that I had to spend to fix their mistakes was very disappointing. They should not be sending people out to do projects that they have no business doing by themselves.

I worked with Josh who carefully designed and installed 1 walk in and 3 reach in closets in my apartment. Josh was super helpful and accommodating- he was great at making suggestions and also integrating my ideas. He revised the design a few times to make sure everything was just to my liking. Installation was a breeze on a short timeframe (I didn’t even have to be home). Most importantly, the final product looks fantastic! I definitely recommend Chicago closets if you’re looking for an stress-free custom closet experience and at a reasonable cost.
