Our daughter is in Milan for her first year at NABA. We couldn't be happier to have found Residenza Chiaralba and it is a great start for her new life. Her apartment is lovely and very comfortable, decorated with care and good taste. It is great she can have her own bath and kitchen; besides there is almost everything a young adult would need to carry on with everyday life: dishes, cooking apparel, bed linens and so on, even a small and handy sewing kit! The whole place is immaculate, thanks to two lovely ladies who take care of it.
Another high point is that they do not have to deal with paying monthly services, as the lodging payment considers water, electricity, gas expenses, so they can start their life in the city without the stress of learning how to cope with this.
Even before we got here, we felt we had made the right decision at selecting this place because the communication was always smooth and cordial. And once here, Marco was very welcoming and even toured us around the neighborhood to highlight basic spots and useful addresses.
We are also very grateful for the welcome aperitivo, because all the students could meet and got along very well, so now they even can plan some outings together, which is very reassuring.
In short, I would highly recommend Chiaralba as the kind of residence a parent would dream of for their children to give a great first step into adult and professional life.
