She came across as rude and unprofessional she didn’t offer a greeting and repeatedly asked the same question like it is a joke without showing any real interest or empathy. It was clear she wasn’t genuinely there to help. I regret spending $250 on this consultation; it felt like a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend her services to anyone. This might me my first review or not, either way, I will never stop praising. Trust Cheryl and her office, she and her team make their office a safe heaven. Don’t speak English? They will call a translator. Don’t have money? They will advise what to do. I can guarantee a lot of things about this office, most importantly for me is that no one ever judged me there, and I have spent hours and hours in the waiting room, I wasn’t special case, they respect and are compassionate to everyone.
