This is the 2nd time I have used this company and will use them again. My carpets and area rug came out beautifully. The prices are reasonable. I’ve also had him clean my oversized chair and it looked great when he finished. Mr Cordero is very professional and personable. He is reliable and does what he says he’s going to do. I have found the company I will use for my carpet and upholstery needs

Greatly appreciate John and Chem-Dry visiting my first house right after purchase and making sure I was in the best shape with the carpet I inherited. John was knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient and helpful. Within half a second of walking in with a blacklight he identified that the previous owners had animals, and went to work on getting my existing carpet as move-in ready as possible. I expected it to be a super quick clean, but due to the amount of hair & urine deposits - it took us about an hour/ hour and a half (my fault for arriving right on time vs allowing you to get in early, John). Would highly recommend him if you have cleaning needs for a new or existing home or business. He's the first contact in my contact list for my new home. I'll be calling him in 4-5 years to revisit and access how I've done on keeping things up. Thanks John!

I used ChemDry last year and have been meaning to write a review because I was very happy with their service! Prices are affordable and the tech who came out to my house, who I believe was the owner, was a very honest and kind man! I asked how I could tip and he even politely said that wouldn't be necessary (but I wanted to give him some extra for working outside in the heat because my dogs would have been in the way inside). Would definitely use this company again!
